Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes completed 15-of-23 passes for 200 yards and one touchdown in a 43-16 win over the Denver Broncos.
Fantasy Impact:
Mahomes threw a season-low 23 pass attempts in the blowout win, largely due to the Denver snowfall and the Chiefs strong defense against the Broncos. Mahomes' Week 8 matchup versus the New York Jets may also result in a negative game script, but fantasy managers will have to trust in the reigning Superbowl MVP as an elite QB1. Mahomes has completed 159-of-242 passes (65.7%) for 1,899 yards and 16 touchdowns with one interception while adding 34 rushes for 165 yards and two rushing touchdowns through seven games this year.
