Las Vegas Raiders QB Derek Carr completed 15-of-24 passes for 112 yards and a touchdown. He also added six carries for 41 rushing yards in a Week 8 win over the Cleveland Browns.
Fantasy Impact:
Cleveland's weather proved to be the biggest factor against Carr on Sunday, as he battled through rain and wind gusts up to 40 mph that prevented him from making downfield throws. He finished with a season-low 112 yards, but his 41 yards on the ground were a new season-high. Next week, he'll have better weather conditions when the Raiders head to Los Angeles to face their division rival Chargers on Sunday. He'll be a low-end QB1 for fantasy managers in Week 9.
