Deonte Harris arrested for DUI

Fantasy Impact:
These situations typically come with a two-game suspension. Though, it should not have many negative fantasy implications since not many fantasy managers expect Harris to be involved enough in the Saints' passing game to warrant starting him. With just 20 receptions for 186 yards and a touchdown last regular season, it's doubtful many people would be confident enough to start him Week 1 against the Packers. If anything, his absence would just ensure that Tre’Quan Smith and Marquez Callaway will start to open the season. However, if Jameis Winston were to win the starting job, Harris’ speed could be used often as a deep threat.
