David Njoku wants to remain in Cleveland

David Njoku says he wants to stay beyond his fifth year option year and will instruct agent Malki Kawa to pursue a new deal. (Tony Grossi on Twitter )

Njoku requested a trade from Cleveland earlier in the offseason, but it appears he has since fixed his relationship with the Browns coaching staff and organization. His opportunity will likely remain limited sharing a tight end room with Austin Hooper and Harrison Bryant on the Browns offense.
