Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill (quad) is officially active and will play in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. (Field Yates on Twitter)

Hill played through the quad injury in a Week 6 win over the Washington Football Team and was limited in practice this week. The 27-year-old is all systems go for Sunday's game. He is an elite option in Week 7 against a Titans defense that ranks 30th in DVOA against the pass. Hill is currently the No.1 overall wide receiver in the latest FantasyPros expert consensus rankings.
