Dalvin Cook reportedly playing through a torn labrum already

Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports Vikings RB Dalvin Cook, who is undergoing an MRI on his shoulder on Monday, is already playing through a torn labrum on his other side. (Ian Rapoport on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Cook sounds pretty banged up heading into a Week 13 date against the Lions. The MRI will reveal how bad Sunday's injury was, but the elite fantasy RB should be considered truly questionable for the game against Detroit. Alexander Mattison will be a borderline RB1 if Cook is unable to play.
