Roddy White to have elbow surgery

Falcons WR Roddy White will have minor surgery on his right elbow Monday but will not miss the Sept. 14 season opener against the Philadelphia Eagles, coach Dan Quinn said. (Vaughn McClure, ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
The surgery is minor and fantasy owners should not be worried about the longterm effects. This is separate from his knee, which was drained earlier in the offseason. Draft him as a WR3 with potential upside as a WR2.
