Miller's signing reunites him with Arthur Smith, former Falcons head coach and current offensive coordinator for the Steelers. Miller will look to compete for a roster spot as the summer progresses. Still, the Steelers will likely seek out a bigger name to help stabilize the wide receiver position after trading away Diontae Johnson.
