Robert Griffin III named Week 14 starter

Fantasy Impact:
Griffin will start Sunday against the Bengals. He will attempt to lead the Browns to their first victory of the 2016 season 14 weeks into the campaign. For fantasy football purposes, all of Cleveland's weapons, expect for Terrelle Pryor, are fantasy risks for Week 14.
