Fantasy Impact:
Ross hasn't pitched in the majors since July of 2017 due to Tommy John Surgery. He posted a 2.39 ERA in six rehab starts across four levels this season, though he only had a 2.38 K/BB ratio. Ross threw 89 pitches in his last rehab start and will presumably join the Nats rotation soon. He's a name to keep an eye on as he progresses.
