Trevor Williams (4-4) earned the win Friday against the Mets. He allowed three runs on six hits and three walks across six innings. He struck out two.
Fantasy Impact:
Williams allowed two runs in the first inning, and another in the third, but was able to settle in nicely after that. The Pirates were able to muster a five-run fifth inning that was enough to put Williams in a position to grab the win. He owns a 4.75 ERA and 1.32 WHIP this season, with 77 strikeouts in 94.2 innings. He'll take on the Brewers at home next on Wednesday.
