Diego Castillo earns the save Sunday

Diego Castillo earned the save on Sunday against the Mets, recording two strikeouts to end the game.
Fantasy Impact:
The Mariners ended the bottom of the ninth inning with an 8-5 lead and Drew Steckenrider on the mound. After retiring the first batter he faced, Steckenrider allowed four straight hits to cut the Mariners lead to 8-7 with two runners in scoring position and one out. It was at this point when Castillo entered the game. He was able to strikeout Starling Marte before Seattle intentionally walked Francisco Lindor. It was 8-7 with the bases loaded, two outs and a full count when Castillo got Pete Alonso to strikeout on a check swing. The Mariners closer situation remains a clear committee at this point.
