Jose Quintana allowed two runs (zero earned) on four hits and two walks while striking out four across 5 1/3 innings during Friday's 4-3 loss in San Diego.

Quintana was in line for his second win over the year before the Padres tied the game up in the sixth. The 33-year-old is 1-2 with a 2.15 ERA this year, which ranks 10th in the MLB. Quintana's next start is currently set to take place against the Dodgers.
