Derek Holland shuts down Mariners

Derek Holland tossed 6 2/3 innings of shutout ball to lead the Texas Rangers to a 8-0 blanking of Seattle tonight. Holland scattered four hits, walked two and struck out four in picking up his first win of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Admittedly, the Mariners are struggling offensively, but they could do nothing against Holland. This is a huge year for the lefty as he is coming off of two injury-marred seasons. A healthy and effective Holland, teamed with Cole Hamels and Yu Darvish when he returns, would give the Rangers a formidable trio at the top of the rotation.
