Roy Helu catches four passes against MIN

Redskins' RB Roy Helu ran the ball three times for six yards and caught four passes for 46 yards on five targets during the 'Skins 29-26 loss to Minnesota.
Fantasy Impact:
Helu's receiving game prowess hold Morris back from being the good all-around back that Morris has the potential to be. Helu has done pretty well with his limited touches, especially as a receiver. However, he has no value if Morris stays healthy. If Morris ever misses time for whatever reason though, Helu would be a huge pickup. Morris owners who don't have Helu as a handcuff should consider insuring themselves with the former Nebraska back.
