Steelers wide receiver Diontae Johnson left Thursday night's game against the Cleveland Browns for further evaluation after a helmet-to-helmet hit from safety Damarious Randall that resulted in Randall being ejected from the game. (Nick Shook on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Johnson was down on the field and appeared to be bleeding from somewhere on his head as he made his way into the medical tent. He should be considered questionable to return until an official update is available.
