Samuel (hamstring) was held out of Thursday’s practice for precautionary reasons. He is expected to suit up for Monday’s contest against the Bills. Samuel is coming off a career performance in Week 12, hauling in 11-of-13 targets for 133 yards. Deebo is a WR2 in fantasy Week 13 and currently 23rd among all wideouts in the latest expert consensus rankings.
