Darren McFadden lands on active PUP list

On the first day of Cowboys training camp the often injured RB Darren McFadden gets placed on the active PUP list, due to a hamstring injury. (The Dallas Morning News)
Fantasy Impact:
Since entering the league McFadden has suffered 15 known injuries causing him to miss 29 games over six seasons. McFadden's roster spot is far from safe since he only signed a 2 year / $3 million contract last March. It wouldn't surprise anybody if McFadden is cut and replaced for RB Chris Johnson. McFadden was dealing with a hamstring injury during June OTA's and was suppose to battle Joesph Randle for the starting RB spot, but he can't do that from the training room.
