Brian Hoyer leads Texans to victory over the Saints

Brian Hoyer completed 21-of-27 passes for 205 yards, two touchdowns, as well as an interception in the Texans Week 12 win over the Saints.
Fantasy Impact:
Fantasy owners were licking their chops after Hoyer completed two straight touchdown drives on the Texans first two possessions. That was about all the fantasy points owners were going to get out of Hoyer. This was largely due to the fact that the Saints offense could get nothing going against the Texans defense. Hoyer can be used as a solid streaming option against an under performing Bills defense in Week 13.
