2025 NFL Mock Draft With Trades: Three Rounds

2025 NFL Mock Draft With Trades: Three Rounds

The 2025 NFL Draft is less than three weeks away. Therefore, it’s time for my fifth and final mock draft of the year. This mock draft is a three-rounder with 18 hypothetical trades, including three in the top 10 picks.

2025 NFL Draft Guide: Mock Drafts, Scouting Reports & More

2025 NFL Mock Draft With Trades

ROUND 1

1) Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward (QB – Miami)

We can put this pick down in pen, especially after the Titans canceled their workout with Shedeur Sanders following his Pro Day. Ward will be a Titan.

2) Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter (WR/CB – Colorado)

Reportedly, the Browns are leaning towards taking Hunter with the second overall pick, with head coach Kevin Stefanski viewing him as a smaller Justin Jefferson at wide receiver.

3) New York Giants: Abdul Carter (EDGE – Penn State)

While the Giants could draft Shedeur Sanders with this pick, the team signed multiple startable quarterbacks in free agency. Therefore, expect the team to take Carter instead of reaching for the former Colorado star.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Dallas Cowboys receive picks 4, 106. New England Patriots receive picks 12, 44, 2026 second-rounder.

4) Dallas Cowboys (via Patriots): Ashton Jeanty (RB – Boise State)

Let’s dive into the first trade of the mock draft. Jerry Jones loves to be in the headlines and make a blockbuster move. The Cowboys hit a home run the last time they drafted a running back fourth overall – Ezekiel Elliott in 2016. While some will call this a reach, Jeanty has been labeled a blue-chip prospect by many top draft experts.

5) Jacksonville Jaguars: Mason Graham (DL – Michigan)

New head coach Liam Coen made it clear earlier this offseason that the Jaguars want to improve their offensive and defensive line. After signing Robert Hainsey and Patrick Mekari in free agency, don’t be surprised when the team uses their top pick on the former Michigan star.

6) Las Vegas Raiders: Jahdae Barron (CB – Texas)

Unfortunately, the Raiders can’t select Ashton Jeanty like most mock drafts have them doing. However, that allows the team to address their top need on defense. Las Vegas needed significant help at cornerback before releasing Jack Jones over the weekend.

7) New York Jets: Armand Membou (OT – Missouri)

The Jets could select Tyler Warren, giving Justin Fields another weapon in the passing game. However, it is a deep tight end class. Therefore, they improve their offensive line by pairing Membou with last year’s first-round pick Olu Fashanu.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Miami Dolphins receive picks 8, 74. Carolina Panthers receive picks 13, 48, 98.

8) Miami Dolphins (via Panthers): Will Campbell (OT – LSU)

Miami needed several starters on their offensive line before Terron Armstead retired last week. While some will force Campbell inside because of his arm length, he was outstanding at LSU every week, facing some of the top pass rushers in the country.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Philadelphia Eagles receive pick 9. New Orleans Saints receive picks 32, 64, 2026 second and third-rounders.

9) Philadelphia Eagles (via Saints): Mykel Williams (EDGE – Georgia)

Don’t be surprised if the Eagles make a blockbuster move and trade into the top 10 for a defensive lineman. They lost Josh Sweat and Milton Williams in free agency. The duo combined for 13 sacks last season. Meanwhile, Philadelphia should have multiple third-round picks in 2026, allowing them to make this blockbuster deal.

10) Chicago Bears: Omarion Hampton (RB – North Carolina)

Reportedly, many around the NFL believe Hampton and Ashton Jeanty could come off the board in the top 12 picks, similar to Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs in 2023. Therefore, don’t be surprised if Hampton lands with the Bears, especially since Ben Johnson was on the coaching staff when the Detroit Lions drafted Gibbs.

11) San Francisco 49ers: Mike Green (EDGE – Marshall)

Last year, the 49ers had three players record five or more sacks. Unfortunately, two of them (Leonard Floyd and Maliek Collins) are no longer with the team.

12) New England Patriots (via Cowboys): Kelvin Banks Jr. (OT – Texas)

If they miss out on Travis Hunter and Abdul Carter with the fourth pick, the Patriots will do everything possible to trade back and add draft capital. In this mock draft, New England slides back, adds two second-round picks, and still lands a Day 1 starting left tackle.

13) Carolina Panthers (via Dolphins): Tyler Warren (TE – Penn State)

Carolina’s second-round pick belongs to the Chicago Bears because of the Bryce Young trade. Therefore, expect the Panthers to explore trade back options. While many believe they will draft an edge rusher with their top pick, Warren is the perfect weapon to help Young continue developing.

14) Indianapolis Colts: Tyler Booker (G – Alabama)

While many mock drafts have the Colts selecting a tight end in the first round, expect them to address the offensive line on Day 1, especially after losing Ryan Kelly and Will Fries in free agency.

15) Atlanta Falcons: Jalon Walker (EDGE – Georgia)

The Falcons have needed help rushing the passer for years. Hopefully, the local star can finally fix their problem.

16) Arizona Cardinals: Josh Simmons (OT – Ohio State)

Unfortunately, Jonah Williams missed significant time with a knee injury last year and is a free agent after the upcoming season. Simmons could start the year as the swing tackle or at guard before tackling over at right tackle long term.

17) Cincinnati Bengals: Shemar Stewart (EDGE – Texas A&M)

After locking up Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Mike Gesicki this offseason, the Bengals can address their top need on defense. Even if Trey Hendrickson signs an extension, Cincinnati needs help rushing the passer.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Los Angeles Chargers receive pick 18. Seattle Seahawks receive picks 22, 86.

18) Los Angeles Chargers (via Seahawks): Kenneth Grant (DL – Michigan)

Grant should have come off the board in the top 15 picks based on talent alone. Therefore, don’t be surprised if Jim Harbaugh trades up ahead of the Denver Broncos and Pittsburgh Steelers for his former Michigan star player, especially after the Chargers gave up the sixth-highest yards per attempt average last season.

19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jihaad Campbell (LB – Alabama)

While the Buccaneers re-signed Lavonte David this offseason, the veteran linebacker isn’t getting any younger. Campbell could be the team’s long-term replacement option while providing pass-rushing upside.

20) Denver Broncos: Colston Loveland (TE – Michigan)

The Broncos signed Evan Engram to a two-year deal in free agency. However, the veteran tight end’s best days are behind him. Furthermore, he missed significant time last season with injuries.

21) Pittsburgh Steelers: Derrick Harmon (DL – Oregon)

If the Steelers pass on a quarterback at 21st overall, expect them to address their defensive line, especially with Cameron Heyward not getting any younger. Harmon feels like an AFC North type of pick.

22) Seattle Seahawks (via Chargers): Grey Zabel (OL – North Dakota State)

Seattle could select multiple offensive linemen over the first two days of the draft, especially since Sam Darnold struggles when facing pressure in his face. Zabel was a Senior Bowl star and can play anywhere along the offensive line.

23) Green Bay Packers: Will Johnson (CB – Michigan)

While the Packers signed Nate Hobbs in free agency, the team still needs help in the secondary. Jaire Alexander was the subject of trade talks earlier this offseason after missing 10 or more games in three of the past four years.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New York Giants receive pick 24. Minnesota Vikings receive picks 34, 65, 2026 second-rounder.

24) New York Giants (via Vikings): Shedeur Sanders (QB – Colorado)

Sanders’ slide finally ends with the Giants trade back into the first round. While they might not take the former Colorado star over a blue chip prospect like Travis Hunter or Abdul Carter, New York will gladly part with a trio of Day 2 picks to land their new franchise quarterback.

25) Houston Texans: Matthew Golden (WR – Texas)

The Texans have a massive hole at wide receiver. Christian Kirk is a one-year rental. Meanwhile, Stefon Diggs left in free agency, while Tank Dell suffered a season-ending injury for the second consecutive year. Golden would be an excellent long-term option alongside Nico Collins.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Jacksonville Jaguars receive pick 26. Los Angeles Rams receive picks 36, 70.

26) Jacksonville Jaguars (via Rams): Emeka Egbuka (WR – Ohio State)

New head coach Liam Coen saw the value in having two star wide receivers last season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Egbuka and Brian Thomas Jr. could be his new version of Chris Godwin and Mike Evans in Jacksonville.

27) Baltimore Ravens: Nick Emmanwori (S – South Carolina)

Emmanwori is one of the top athletes in the draft class. Yet, many NFL teams undervalue the safety position, pushing him down draft boards. However, Baltimore would gladly run up to the podium to select the former South Carolina star.

28) Detroit Lions: James Pearce Jr. (EDGE – Tennessee)

Last year, Aidan Hutchinson led the team with 7.5 sacks, totaling 3.5 more than any other Lion. However, he only played in five games because of a broken tibia and fibula. Detroit must add to their pass rush early in the NFL Draft.

29) Washington Commanders: Tetairoa McMillan (WR – Arizona)

While the Commanders traded for Deebo Samuel Sr. and signed Michael Gallup out of retirement, that won’t stop them from adding a wide receiver early in the NFL Draft. McMillan provides the team with the one element they lack at wide receiver – size.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Chicago Bears receive picks 30, 109. Buffalo Bills receive picks 39, 72.

30) Chicago Bears (via Bills): Malaki Starks (DB – Georgia)

Chicago has one of the top defenses in the NFL. However, both starting safeties, Jaquan Brisker and Kevin Byard III, are heading into the final year of their contracts. Furthermore, nickel cornerback Kyle Gordon is a free agent after the upcoming season. Starks gives the Bears options when it comes time to work on contract extensions.

31) Kansas City Chiefs: Josh Conerly Jr. (OT – Oregon)

Everyone saw Patrick Mahomes struggle against the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl because of a poor offensive line. While the Chiefs added Jaylon Moore, he was a part-time player with the San Francisco 49ers. Meanwhile, Jawaan Taylor had another up-and-down season in 2024. Expect Kansas City to add an offensive tackle early in the draft.

32) New Orleans Saints (via Eagles): Jaxson Dart (QB – Ole Miss)

The Saints might have finally realized it’s time for a rebuild. After moving back and acquiring multiple Day 2 picks, New Orleans finds a long-term replacement for Derek Carr. Dart has drawn comparisons to two of the past three starting quarterbacks Kellen Moore has coached – Dak Prescott and Jalen Hurts.

Dynasty Draft Kit 2025

ROUND 2

33) Cleveland Browns: Tyler Shough (QB – Louisville)

Reportedly, the Browns are very high on Shough. If they don’t take a quarterback in the first round, the team will consider the former Louisville star at the start of Day 2.

34) Minnesota Vikings (via Giants): Trey Amos (CB – Ole Miss)

Minnesota managed to hold onto Byron Murphy in free agency. However, they still need help at cornerback, especially on the outside.

35) Tennessee Titans: Luther Burden III (WR – Missouri)

After adding Cam Ward at the start of the NFL Draft, the Titans give the former Miami star a new No. 1 wide receiver.

36) Los Angeles Rams (via Jaguars): Azareye’h Thomas (CB – Florida State)

While the Rams re-signed Ahkello Witherspoon, their secondary unit lacks a No. 1 caliber cornerback. Thomas can fill that role as a rookie.

37) Las Vegas Raiders: Quinshon Judkins (RB – Ohio State)

Unfortunately, the Raiders missed out on Ashton Jeanty in the first round. However, reuniting Judkins with former offensive coordinator Chip Kelly is an excellent consolation prize.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Denver Broncos receive pick 38. New England Patriots receive picks 51, 85.

38) Denver Broncos (via Patriots): TreVeyon Henderson (RB – Ohio State)

The Broncos don’t have many needs on paper. Therefore, don’t be surprised if they trade up during the NFL Draft to fill one of their few needs. Henderson would be a superstar filling the Alvin Kamara role in Sean Payton’s offense.

39) Buffalo Bills (via Bears, Carolina): Donovan Ezeiruaku (EDGE – Boston College)

Buffalo added Joey Bosa in free agency after signing Gregory Rousseau to a massive contract extension. However, the Bills still need more long-term upside rushing the passer. Last year, Ezeiruaku finished second in college football with 16.5 sacks.

40) New Orleans Saints: Walter Nolen (DL – Ole Miss)

Many mock drafts have Nolen coming off the board in the first round. However, some possible character and off-the-field concerns could push him into Day 2. New head coach Kellen Moore understands the value of excellent defensive line play after spending last season with the Philadelphia Eagles.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Seattle Seahawks receive pick 41. Chicago Bears receive picks 52, 82.

41) Seattle Seahawks (via Bears): Tre Harris (WR – Ole Miss)

The Seahawks swapped out DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett for Cooper Kupp and Marquez Valdes-Scantling. Neither veteran has long-term value. Therefore, Seattle should be aggressive in drafting a wide receiver to pair with Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

42) New York Jets: Darius Alexander (DL – Toledo)

While the Jets added Derrick Nnadi in free agency, the veteran only signed for one year. Therefore, the team still needs long-term help along the defensive line.

43) San Francisco 49ers: Aireontae Ersery (OT – Minnesota)

Trent Williams and Colton McKivitz are locked in as the team’s starting offensive tackles for 2024. However, McKivitz is entering the final year of his contract, while Williams could retire after the 2025 season.

44) New England Patriots (via Cowboys): Jayden Higgins (WR – Iowa State)

New England has two massive needs heading into the NFL Draft – the offensive line and receiving core. After taking Kelvin Banks Jr. in the first round, the Patriots give Drake Maye a long-term No. 1 caliber wide receiver.

45) Indianapolis Colts: Mason Taylor (TE – LSU)

After missing out on Tyler Warren in the first round, the Colts add a tight end with their second pick. Whoever is under center for Indianapolis will love having Taylor in the middle of the field.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Green Bay Packers receive pick 46. Atlanta Falcons receive picks 54, 124, 2026 fourth-rounder.

46) Green Bay Packers (via Falcons): Oluwafemi Oladejo (EDGE – UCLA)

Last year, Rashan Gary was the only Packer with more than five sacks. Therefore, expect Green Bay to add an edge rusher early in the NFL Draft, trading up for one if necessary.

47) Arizona Cardinals: T.J. Sanders (DL – South Carolina)

Even after signing Calais Campbell and Dalvin Tomlinson in free agency, the Cardinals need to add more depth to their defensive line. Sanders would form an excellent long-term 1-2 punch with Darius Robinson.

48) Carolina Panthers (via Dolphins): Nic Scourton (EDGE – Texas A&M)

A’Shawn Robinson and Jadeveon Clowney led the Panthers with 5.5 sacks each last season. Carolina must find a long-term edge rushing threat with one of their first two draft picks.

49) Cincinnati Bengals: Donovan Jackson (OL – Ohio State)

The Bengals held onto their receiving core this offseason. Now, they must improve the offensive line in front of Joe Burrow, especially along the interior.

50) Seattle Seahawks: Shavon Revel Jr. (CB – East Carolina)

Seattle has one of the better 1-2 punches at cornerback in the NFL. However, Riq Woolen is a free agent after the 2025 season. Therefore, the Seahawks should explore potential replacement options for the superstar cornerback.

51) New England Patriots (via Broncos): Elijah Arroyo (TE – Miami)

While the Patriots re-signed Austin Hooper this offseason, the veteran only signed a one-year deal. Meanwhile, Hunter Henry is a potential cap casualty after the upcoming season. Therefore, Arroyo could be Drake Maye’s top tight end starting in 2026, if not sooner.

52) Chicago Bears (via Seahawks, Pittsburgh): Landon Jackson (EDGE – Arkansas)

New head coach Ben Johnson made it clear in free agency that the Bears want to improve both lines this offseason. While Chicago signed Dayo Odeyingbo from the Indianapolis Colts, expect them to add an edge rusher early in the draft.

53) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Princely Umanmielen (EDGE – Ole Miss)

The Buccaneers signed Haason Reddick early in free agency. However, he was the team’s only addition to their pass rush unit after signing a one-year deal.

54) Atlanta Falcons (via Packers): Jared Wilson (C – Georgia)

Unfortunately, the Falcons lost Drew Dalman in free agency, leaving them with a massive hole in the middle of their offensive line. Wilson can fill that void as a rookie.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Baltimore Ravens receive pick 55. Los Angeles Chargers receive picks 59, 129.

55) Baltimore Ravens (via Chargers): Maxwell Hairston (CB – Kentucky)

Baltimore signed Chidobe Awuzie in free agency after losing Brandon Stephens to the New York Jets. However, the veteran signed a one-year deal, leaving the Ravens with a long-term need at cornerback. They flip the Chargers a fourth-round pick to move ahead of a few cornerback-needy teams for Hairston.

56) Buffalo Bills (via Minnesota): Alfred Collins (DL – Texas)

While the Bills signed Michael Hoecht and Larry Ogunjobi in free agency, both veterans are suspended to start the 2025 season. Therefore, expect Buffalo to add a defensive lineman early in the draft to pair with Ed Oliver for the long term.

57) Carolina Panthers (via Los Angeles):  Xavier Watts (S – Notre Dame)

Tre’von Moehrig signed a three-year deal worth $51 million with the Panthers in free agency. However, the other safety spot needs upgrading. Watts should have no trouble earning that role.

58) Houston Texans: Jonah Savaiinaea (OL – Arizona)

After moving on from Laremy Tunsil, Shaq Mason, and Kenyon Green this offseason, the Texans are rebuilding their offensive line. While the team added some veterans in free agency, Savaiinaea would be a solid long-term piece protecting C.J. Stroud.

59) Los Angeles Chargers (via Ravens): Jaylin Noel (WR – Iowa State)

The Chargers didn’t make a blockbuster move at wide receiver this offseason, instead swapping out Joshua Palmer for Mike Williams. Noel would give Justin Herbert a solid option in the passing game opposite Ladd McConkey for the next several years.

60) Detroit Lions: Tate Ratledge (G – Georgia)

Few teams value offensive line play more than the Lions. After losing Kevin Zeitler in free agency, Detroit has an opening at right guard.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New York Jets receive pick 61. Washington Commanders receive picks 73, 145, 2026 fourth-rounder.

61) New York Jets (via Commanders): Elic Ayomanor (WR – Stanford)

Garrett Wilson is one of the better young wide receivers in the NFL. However, the rest of the Jets wide receiver core is unproven options or overrated veterans. Ayomanor should earn the No. 2 wide receiver role early in his rookie season.

62) Buffalo Bills: Demetrius Knight Jr. (LB – South Carolina)

Unfortunately, Matt Milano has missed 25 games over the past two years because of injuries. Furthermore, he is a free agent after the upcoming season. The veteran likely won’t receive a new deal after the Bills extended Terrel Bernard’s contract last month.

63) Kansas City Chiefs: Shemar Turner (DL – Texas A&M)

Kansas City lost defensive linemen Tershawn Wharton and Derrick Nnadi in free agency. Meanwhile, Chris Jones had five sacks in 2024, his lowest total since his rookie year.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Pittsburgh Steelers receive pick 64. New Orleans Saints receive picks 83, 2026 third-rounder.

64) Pittsburgh Steelers (via Saints, Eagles): Jalen Milroe (QB – Alabama)

Whether the Steelers land Aaron Rodgers or roll with Mason Rudolph as their starting quarterback in 2025, the team doesn’t have a long-term option on the roster. Meanwhile, the Saints trade back and secure their third Day 2 pick in the 2026 draft as they work on rebuilding the roster.

ROUND 3

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Los Angeles Rams receive pick 65. Minnesota Vikings receive picks 70, 127, 195.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Seattle Seahawks receive pick 77. New England Patriots receive picks 86, 223, 2026 fourth-rounder.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Carolina Panthers receive pick 85. New England Patriots receive picks 140, 2026 third-rounder.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Las Vegas Raiders receive pick 101. Los Angeles Rams receive picks 108, 2026 fourth-rounder.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New York Jets receive pick 102. Detroit Lions receive picks 110, 162.
