Fantasy Football Mock Draft: 12-Team (2026)

We’re still in the extremely early stages of fantasy football draft season. We haven’t even had NFL free agency or the draft just yet. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be trying to find early average draft position (ADP) value. Here’s an early fantasy football mock draft for half-PPR formats. We’ll be sticking to the first 10 rounds. Instead of choosing best ball ADP, we’ll be going with FantasyPros’ expert consensus rankings (ECR) as our data point.

Without further ado, let’s dive into my early fantasy football mock draft.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft

Round 1

  1. Bijan Robinson (RB – ATL)
  2. Jahmyr Gibbs (RB – DET)
  3. Puka Nacua (WR – LAR)
  4. Ja’Marr Chase (WR – CIN)
  5. Jaxon Smith-Njigba (WR – SEA)
  6. Christian McCaffrey (RB – SF)
  7. Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR – DET)
  8. CeeDee Lamb (WR – DAL)
  9. De’Von Achane (RB – MIA)
  10. Jonathan Taylor (RB – IND)
  11. James Cook (RB – BUF)
  12. Drake London (WR – ATL)

Target: Bijan Robinson (RB – ATL)

With Tyler Allgeier likely signing elsewhere as an unrestricted free agent, the runway is clear for a legendary season from Bijan Robinson. Expect new head coach Kevin Stefanski to lean on his bell-cow back this year.

Fade: Christian McCaffrey (RB – SF)

Christian McCaffrey is coming off a terrific season, but he showed a decline as a runner, demonstrating a loss of burst. Add in the 400+ touch season, and I don’t see any reason to pay a premium for this injury risk.

Round 2

  1. Ashton Jeanty (RB – LV)
  2. Malik Nabers (WR – NYG)
  3. Justin Jefferson (WR – MIN)
  4. Trey McBride (TE – ARI)
  5. Omarion Hampton (RB – LAC)
  6. Nico Collins (WR – HOU)
  7. Saquon Barkley (RB – PHI)
  8. Rashee Rice (WR – KC)
  9. Brock Bowers (TE – LV)
  10. Chase Brown (RB – CIN)
  11. George Pickens (WR – DAL)
  12. Jeremiyah Love (RB – Notre Dame)

Target: Brock Bowers (TE – LV)

This is going to be one of the rare seasons where you can draft Brock Bowers as the TE2. Expect a resurgence with Fernando Mendoza likely under center and Klint Kubiak calling the plays.

Fade: Trey McBride (TE – ARI)

Trey McBride is an absolute stud, but his production came from Jacoby Brissett airing it out on every down in garbage time. While I don’t think McBride will kill your team, I’d rather take Bowers a few picks later.

Round 3

  1. Chris Olave (WR – NO)
  2. Derrick Henry (RB – BAL)
  3. Josh Jacobs (RB – LV)
  4. Josh Allen (QB – BUF)
  5. A.J. Brown (WR – PHI)
  6. Bucky Irving (RB – TB)
  7. Breece Hall (RB – NYJ)
  8. Tetairoa McMillan (WR – CAR)
  9. Tee Higgins (WR – CIN)
  10. Lamar Jackson (QB – BAL)
  11. Drake Maye (QB – NE)
  12. Garrett Wilson (WR – NYJ)

Target: Chris Olave (WR – NO)

Chris Olave demonstrated a terrific rapport with rookie quarterback Tyler Shough. First-year head coach Kellen Moore does a great job scheming up easier looks for Olave. The best is yet to come for this absolute target hog.

Fade: Drake Maye (QB – NE)

Drake Maye was the NFL MVP runner-up this season, but that just means he’s now priced at a premium. Why not wait two rounds and target Jayden Daniels? Similar upside at a reduced cost coming off an injury-plagued season.

Round 4

  1. Colston Loveland (TE – CHI)
  2. Kyren Williams (RB – LAR)
  3. Davante Adams (WR – LAR)
  4. Kenneth Walker III (RB – SEA)
  5. Joe Burrow (QB – CIN)
  6. Jameson Williams (WR – DET)
  7. RJ Harvey (RB – DEN)
  8. Ladd McConkey (WR – LAC)
  9. TreVeyon Henderson (RB – NE)
  10. Travis Etienne (RB – JAX)
  11. Zay Flowers (WR – BAL)
  12. Cam Skattebo (RB – NYG)

Target: Ladd McConkey (WR – LAC)

Ladd McConkey was a huge disappointment in his second season, but with Mike McDaniel calling plays, you’re likely going to see a bounce-back season. I’m betting that McConkey will be a target hog for the Chargers once again this year.

Fade: Jameson Williams (WR – DET)

Jameson Williams is an electric talent, but I don’t trust new offensive coordinator Drew Petzing. He consistently made it difficult for Marvin Harrison Jr. to succeed, keeping him as a “sacrificial X-receiver” running clear-outs on the perimeter. Watch him do the same with Williams.

Round 5

  1. Jaylen Waddle (WR – MIA)
  2. Terry McLaurin (WR – WSH)
  3. Luther Burden III (WR – CHI)
  4. DeVonta Smith (WR – PHI)
  5. Javonte Williams (RB – DAL)
  6. Mike Evans (WR – TB)
  7. Quinshon Judkins (RB – CLE)
  8. Jayden Daniels (QB – WSH)
  9. Christian Watson (WR – GB)
  10. Courtland Sutton (WR – DEN)
  11. Jalen Hurts (QB – PHI)
  12. D’Andre Swift (RB – CHI)

Target: Luther Burden III (WR – CHI)

Luther Burden III showed us a glimpse of what he can do down the stretch last year, especially against the 49ers on Sunday Night Football. Now in Year 2 of the Ben Johnson era, the sky is the limit for Burden.

Fade: Jaylen Waddle (WR – MIA)

I’m not a fan of what new head coach Jeff Hafley is doing in Miami, bringing in Bobby Slowik as offensive coordinator and Kevin Patullo as passing game coordinator. These moves don’t inspire confidence at all, which is bad news for Jaylen Waddle.

Round 6

  1. Emeka Egbuka (WR – TB)
  2. Carnell Tate (WR – Ohio State)
  3. Jaxson Dart (QB – NYG)
  4. Tucker Kraft (TE – GB)
  5. Jaylen Warren (RB – PIT)
  6. Harold Fannin Jr. (TE – CLE)
  7. DK Metcalf (WR – PIT)
  8. Tyler Warren (TE – IND)
  9. Justin Herbert (QB – LAC)
  10. Rome Odunze (WR – CHI)
  11. Jordyn Tyson (WR – Arizona State)
  12. Makai Lemon (WR – USC)

Target: Emeka Egbuka (WR – TB)

Emeka Egbuka had a strange rookie season, where he immediately took off but then fizzled down the stretch. I’m betting that his second-half decline was because he was playing through injury. Capitalize on the reduced cost.

Fade: DK Metcalf (WR – PIT)

Even though Mike McCarthy is an upgrade on offense over Mike Tomlin, there’s no reason for me to take DK Metcalf with Aaron Rodgers likely under center again. That just feels like a floor pick given what we’ve seen from Metcalf in the last few seasons.

Round 7

  1. Brian Thomas Jr. (WR – JAX)
  2. Kyle Monangai (RB – CHI)
  3. Rhamondre Stevenson (RB – NE)
  4. Rico Dowdle (RB – CAR)
  5. Trevor Lawrence (QB – JAX)
  6. Jakobi Meyers (WR – JAX)
  7. Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR – ARI)
  8. Tony Pollard (RB – TEN)
  9. Blake Corum (RB – LAR)
  10. Sam LaPorta (TE – DET)
  11. Michael Wilson (WR – ARI)
  12. Ricky Pearsall (WR – SF)

Target: Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR – ARI)

Finally free from Drew Petzing and likely Kyler Murray, watch Marvin Harrison Jr. remind all of us why he was such a highly-touted prospect coming out of the draft a couple of years ago.

Fade: Michael Wilson (WR – ARI)

I’m taking the position that Michael Wilson‘s second-half surge was inflated by an offensive environment where they were playing catch-up with zero running game, passing the ball on virtually every down.

Round 8

  1. Caleb Williams (QB – CHI)
  2. Stefon Diggs (WR – NE)
  3. Dak Prescott (QB – DAL)
  4. Chris Godwin (WR – TB)
  5. Bhayshul Tuten (RB – JAX)
  6. Kyle Pitts Sr. (TE – ATL)
  7. Patrick Mahomes (QB – KC)
  8. Brock Purdy (QB – SF)
  9. Woody Marks (RB – HOU)
  10. Michael Pittman Jr. (WR – IND)
  11. James Conner (RB – ARI)
  12. Dalton Kincaid (TE – BUF)

Target: Caleb Williams (QB – CHI)

Caleb Williams plays a fantasy-friendly game, with the ability to make big plays through the air and on the ground. Now, in Year 2 of the Ben Johnson era, expect Williams to be much more comfortable. He’s one of my favorite draft targets.

Fade: Woody Marks (RB – HOU)

Woody Marks was miscast as a bell-cow back last season due to the Texans’ lack of talent at running back, especially with Joe Mixon out for the season. Bet on Houston adding a more talented runner who is better suited to be a lead back. There’s also the chance that Mixon comes back.

Round 9

  1. Alec Pierce (WR – IND)
  2. Chuba Hubbard (RB – CAR)
  3. Jordan Addison (WR – MIN)
  4. Aaron Jones (RB – MIN)
  5. Quentin Johnston (WR – LAC)
  6. Jacory Croskey-Merritt (RB – WSH)
  7. Matthew Stafford (QB – LAR)
  8. Oronde Gadsden (TE – LAC)
  9. David Montgomery (RB – DET)
  10. Zach Charbonnet (RB – SEA)
  11. Jauan Jennings (WR – SF)
  12. Jake Ferguson (TE – DAL)

Target: Oronde Gadsden II (TE – LAC)

Oronde Gadsden II showed terrific efficiency in his rookie year. That immediate production makes me hopeful he’ll become a viable fantasy tight end as soon as this season. If you waited on the position, Gadsden makes a ton of sense.

Fade: Chuba Hubbard (RB – CAR)

While Rico Dowdle is going to sign elsewhere, that doesn’t mean Chuba Hubbard will be the lead back. Why would I target Hubbard when I can wait a couple of rounds and take a shot on Jonathon Brooks?

Round 10

  1. Bo Nix (QB – DEN)
  2. Parker Washington (WR – JAX)
  3. Jadarian Price (RB – Notre Dame)
  4. Jordan Love (QB – GB)
  5. Jared Goff (QB – DET)
  6. Emmett Johnson (RB – Nebraska)
  7. Juwan Johnson (TE – NE)
  8. Tyler Allgeier (RB – ATL)
  9. DJ Moore (WR – CHI)
  10. Braelon Allen (RB – NYJ)
  11. Wan’Dale Robinson (WR – NYG)
  12. Trey Benson (RB – ARI)

Target: Parker Washington (WR – JAX)

Parker Washington legitimately looked like Amon-Ra St. Brown down the stretch. This is Liam Coen’s offense, so we don’t have to worry about a change in scheme altering Washington’s role. At this price, it makes sense to take the position that Washington is an ascending player rather than a flash in the pan.

Fade: DJ Moore (WR – CHI)

DJ Moore is clearly on the downswing of his career. He’s now merely a gadget player with severely inconsistent production. Way too boom-or-bust, with the spike weeks extremely unpredictable.
