Fantasy Football Player Notes

Week 7 Rankings

Jahmyr Gibbs Note
Jahmyr Gibbs photo 1. Jahmyr Gibbs RB - DET (vs . GB)
If you're wondering why last week may have felt odd, remember the Lions were on Bye. Gibbs has been such a stalwart at the top of the position that it felt empty without him last week. Thankfully, the Lions are back, and so is Gibbs as they take on the Packers at home. These two teams have potent offenses that are ready to explode. Don't let the Cowboys 'performance last week fool you; the Packers' defense is not good. Add in a potential run game boost with Josh Jacobs returning, and this game has shootout written all over it. Gibbs is averaging 28 Half-PPR points a game. We are witnessing one of the great fantasy seasons, following elite backs such as Christian McCaffrey, Todd Gurley, and David Johnson.

Bijan Robinson Note
Bijan Robinson photo 2. Bijan Robinson RB - ATL (vs . SF)
Even a stopped clock is right twice a day, and even the best players have down weeks. It's odd that Robinson only rushed nine times when he converted those touches for 61 yards. Either way, his 6.8 yards per carry was thankfully in what may be his worst game of the season. This week the Falcons have another tough task against the 49ers. The 49ers offense has taken a beating with injuries; however, their offense has been cooking. It may be tough to move the ball on the 49ers consistently, but Michael Penix and company will need to keep up with the scoreboard. When in doubt, you give the ball to your elite players. It's a tough matchup, but Bijan should be heavily involved in both the run game and receiving game. You give Bijan a lot of work; it's only a matter of time before he'll make a defense pay.

Christian McCaffrey Note
Christian McCaffrey photo 3. Christian McCaffrey RB - SF (at ATL)
Going into the season, the belief was that CMC would either win or lose you your season. Instead, he has split the difference and been a great RB1 for fantasy. Although he is a step behind the elite guys, he has been rock solid. Averaging the seventh most fantasy points per game at the position, he is doing exactly what you want in an RB1. Last week we saw a vintage CMC week with 10 targets and two rushing touchdowns. This week, he faces the Falcons, who have been impressive at defending the run. Allowing the fourth-fewest rushing yards per game, but the 14th most receiving yards to RBs per game, CMC's receiving chops should see plenty of work once again. It's a tougher matchup than you'd think, but with only CMC and George Kittle healthy, there will be plenty of volume.

Kenneth Walker III Note
Kenneth Walker III photo 4. Kenneth Walker III RB - KC (at SEA)
Want to hear a wild statistic? Through five games, Kenneth Walker has finished as the RB2 or better in four games and hasn't finished below RB4 overall. Jahmyr Gibbs is averaging 28 Half PPR points per game, and right behind him is Walker at 26.2. The next back is Bijan Robinson at 19.8. That's a huge difference. With eight touchdowns in five weeks, he is on pace for 27 touchdowns on the season. Wowza. Usually, this is when we say "that isn't sustainable." But why be negative when things are on cruise control? I don't know about you, but I don't see a reason for the train to slow down. This week they face a tough Seattle defense. However, Seattle has averaged the 14th most fantasy points to opposing backs. It's not a great matchup, but that hasn't mattered so far for Walker this season.

Kyren Williams Note
Kyren Williams photo 5. Kyren Williams RB - LAR (at LV)
Kyren was already showing off his receiving ability this season. Now that Davante Adams is on IR and Terrance Ferguson is still out, he may see even more usage. Last week, Williams had his worst fantasy week of the season. Carrying the rock 10 times for 50 yards and caught three passes for 17 yards. There is no denying it, the Rams were not prepared for a frisky Cardinals defense last week. Now sitting at 2-4, they need to pick up their game, starting this week against the Raiders. The Raiders are allowing the fifth-most rushing yards per game and the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing RBs. This is a perfect rebound matchup for Kyren, making him a mid-tier RB1.

Derrick Henry Note
Derrick Henry photo 6. Derrick Henry RB - BAL (vs . CIN)
Coming off by far his worst performance of the season, Henry takes on Sexy Dexter Lawrence and the Bengals. Hopefully, we'll have Lamar Jackson returning, boosting this entire offense. Last week, the Browns were able to hold the King to 58 yards on 17 carries. This week he takes on an improved Bengals defense that is holding fantasy RBs to the ninth-fewest fantasy points per game. Then again, Henry has haunted the Bengals since joining the Ravens. We have seen the Henry show for a while now, and games like last week happen. We also know that the King always bounces back. He remains a RB1 once again in a below average matchup.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba Note
Jaxon Smith-Njigba photo 7. Jaxon Smith-Njigba WR - SEA (vs . KC)
Despite a putrid outing from Sam Darnold last week, JSN put the team on his back and almost willed his team to an overtime victory. He now has over 100 yards in five of six games and hasn't had fewer than 76 in a game. He is also leading the league in receptions and has 137 more yards than the next closest wide receiver. This week, Seattle has a tricky matchup against the Chiefs. Although JSN is matchup-proof, Sam Darnold is not. It's October, and Steve Spagnola will have Darnold seeing ghosts. As a result, it may not be his best week, but he has proven that he can come through regardless of QB play.

Javonte Williams Note
Javonte Williams photo 8. Javonte Williams RB - DAL (at PHI)
Javonte Williams is a hard back to love and an impossible one to hate. He isn't flashy, but he does enough to come through for fantasy on what should be a high-powered offense. Then again, the Cowboys have had back-to-back miserable outings. After losing to Jalon Daniels and the Bucs in Week 5, they followed it up with a schlakking against the Packers on Sunday Night Football. Thankfully, Williams' eight touchdowns in six games have kept him on the RB1 radar. However, with 45 and 41 rushing yards in his last two games, respectively, the touchdowns are doing a lot of heavy lifting. If the touchdowns slow down, it won't be pretty for Williams' fantasy production. Especially this week, against a talented yet underperforming Eagles defense.

Jonathan Taylor Note
Jonathan Taylor photo 9. Jonathan Taylor RB - IND (at MIN)
The Colts are a mess. I understand the "on any given Sunday" mentality, but the Titans should not have won a game this season. After handing the Titans their first win of the season, this offense looked rough. Of course, Taylor continued to do his thing, carrying the ball for 94 yards and a score. However, unless Daniel Jones starts playing functional football, it's going to be hard to expect much more from the star back. This week, they face the vaunted Brian Flores defense, which has carried the Vikings to a 5-0 start. The Vikings are allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to both the QB and RB positions. You have to play Taylor, but consider any double-digit fantasy performance a huge success for this week.

D'Andre Swift Note
D'Andre Swift photo 10. D'Andre Swift RB - CHI (vs . NE)
Swift has had an odd season so far. Although he sits at RB10 this year, you can make a case that he hasn't been great. I say this because even with Kyle Monangai out, he shared touches with Roschon Johnson. You could argue they thought the game was out of hand when Johnson got the bulk of his touches, but the Falcons fought back in this game. Thankfully, Caleb Williams back under center has this offense firing on all cylinders once again. This week he plays New England, who are a below-average matchup for fantasy backs. As long as Swift is the top back on this great offense, he is an RB1 for fantasy.

Amon-Ra St. Brown Note
Amon-Ra St. Brown photo 11. Amon-Ra St. Brown WR - DET (vs . GB)
The Lions are back and step right into a shootout. The Packers have arguably overtaken the Lions as the NFC North's air-it-out offense. With Jordan Love slinging bombs, the Lions offense will need to make up for their lack of defense. As a result, we should see the opposite of an NFC North slugfest and see both QBs air it out. Before the Bye, ARSB had his worst game of the season, despite seeing double-digit targets for the fourth time in five games. It's a little odd that he hasn't had a top-24 week since Week 3; however, we know he is elite. Unless he has another down week, there is no reason to have him outside the top five receivers in Week 7.

Chuba Hubbard Note
Chuba Hubbard photo 12. Chuba Hubbard RB - CAR (vs . TB)
The kid out of Sherwood Park, Alberta, has been having another great season. With Jonathan Brooks out of the way, he is commanding this backfield. With over 120 rushing yards in each of his last two games, this team is cooking. What is arguably most impressive is that he has 19, 20, and 28 attempts in his last three games, respectively. This week, they face a tough Bucs defense with Baker Mayfield returning to the other side of the ball. The Bucs are allowing the third-fewest fantasy points per game and second-fewest rushing yards. It's been a great stretch for Hubbard, and he will continue to be great for fantasy. That said, this matchup makes him more of an RB2.
Ja'Marr Chase Note
Ja'Marr Chase photo 13. Ja'Marr Chase WR - CIN (at BAL)
Fresh off their Bye week, the Bengals face their divisional rivals in the Ravens. Ja'Marr Chase has loved this matchup in the past, having four straight 100-yard games against the Ravens. This includes a 10 catch 193 yard outing, as well as a 11 catch 264 yard outing. With Lamar Jackson likely returning, Joe Burrow will need to command this offense through a tricky Jesse Minter-led defense. As a result, Chase should be heavily involved and frequently moved around the formation. The Ravens are allowing the 13th most fantasy points to the WR position despite playing the Colts, Titans, and Browns. This likely means that 13th is a little inflated, setting the table for another big Chase performance.

Puka Nacua Note
Puka Nacua photo 14. Puka Nacua WR - LAR (at LV)
When Puka was out, we saw Adams have two games with 195 and 137 yards, respectively. Now we have Adams out for at least four weeks, opening the door for Puka to have some nuclear fantasy days. Two weeks ago, with Adams healthy, we saw Puka have 24 targets. He can't be more involved than that... Can he? It's Matthew Stafford and Sean McVay, so the answer is he definitely can. This offense is running through Puka and Kyren. At 2-4, they are desperate to start winning and can't turn away from their best weapons. As long as Adams is out, Puka should be the WR1 in fantasy rankings every week.
Jaylen Warren Note
Jaylen Warren photo 15. Jaylen Warren RB - PIT (at NO)
Jaylen Warren was on a fantasy rocket ship with Rico Dowdle out of the lineup. In Dowdle's return, we saw the ceiling lower, but we still witnessed Warren operating as the top dog. Finishing with only 50 yards on 14 carries and catching two passes for 28 yards was underwhelming. However, the silver lining is that he still played 75% of snaps. As a result, his decline in production was more a result of a stout Bucs run defense than the return of Dowdle. That's great news for fantasy managers as the Steelers head to New Orleans. The Saints are allowing the most fantasy points per game to opposing RBs. Even after a down week and the return of Dowdle, Warren is a sneaky good RB1 this week.

CeeDee Lamb Note
CeeDee Lamb photo 16. CeeDee Lamb WR - DAL (at PHI)
Are the Cowboys broken? Losing to the Jalon Daniels-led Bucs was definitely a reality check. However, they didn't learn their lesson, as they got whooped on Sunday Night Football by the Packers. We'll see if this was just a blip on the season, but a date with the divisional Eagles is not the "get right" game they'd hoped for. Even in a terrible game last week, Lamb saw 18 targets, highlighting his elite upside. The Eagles have not played up to their potential this season, but they still bolster one of the most talented defensive units in the league. It's not the scariest matchup, and if the Cowboys can thrash their divisional rivals, they may get their season back on track.
Bucky Irving Note
Bucky Irving photo 17. Bucky Irving RB - TB (at CAR)
Bucky Irving is the RB16 in fantasy points per game, averaging 18.8 touches and 87.6 total yards. Irving has a 64.7% snap rate, a 59.6% rushing share, and a 47.7% route share (10.8% target share). Among 39 qualifying rushers, he is 24th in explosive run rate and 15th in missed tackle rate. Irving should post RB1/2 numbers this week with a wonderful matchup. Carolina has allowed the 13th-highest explosive run rate, the eighth-highest rushing success rate, the second-most yards after contact per attempt, and the 11th-highest missed tackle rate.
Christian Watson Note
Christian Watson photo 18. Christian Watson WR - GB (at DET)
Christian Watson is currently the WR3 on the season. The Packers have been slinging bombs every game, and both Matthew Golden and Watson have shown the potential for massive ceilings. Unfortunately, Watson wasn't able to convert last week despite having a 30-yard touchdown pass hit him in the hands. Not bringing that ball in left him with a modest three catches on eight targets for 64 yards. This week, they play the Lions, who are allowing the most passing yards per game and the third most fantasy points to the WR position. As I alluded to, Watson was a drop away from another huge fantasy day. I expect he'll make that catch this week and have another great fantasy day.
Braelon Allen Note
Braelon Allen photo 19. Braelon Allen RB - NYJ (vs . MIA)
Braelon Allen could be the Jets' workhorse back again this week, but it's also possible that Breece Hall is back this week. If Hall is out, then Allen is an RB1/2. If Hall plays, Allen is only a flex play. Let's discuss Allen's outlook if Hall is out because if he plays, Allen is likely only an 8-10 touch play and you're praying for a touchdown. Since Week 4, Allen has been the RB23 in fantasy points per game, averaging 20 touches and 95.6 total yards. In those three games, Allen has had an 88% snap rate, 75.3% of the rushing work, and a 64% route share (10.7% target share). Among 39 qualifying rushers, Allen is 11th in explosive run rate, seventh in yards after contact per attempt, and tenth in missed tackle rate. Allen could run wild this week. Miami has allowed the eighth-highest rushing success rate, the second-highest zone rushing success rate, the 12th-highest zone yards per carry (Allen: 59.5% zone), and the fourth-lowest stuff rate.

Woody Marks Note
Woody Marks photo 20. Woody Marks RB - HOU (vs . NYG)
Last week, Woody Marks finished with 17 touches and 81 total yards with a 77.8% snap rate. He should be Houston's workhorse again this week. Marks also had a 60% route share and 8.8% target share. Marks was the RB22 for the week. Among 39 qualifying rushers, Marks is 14th in yards after contact per attempt and ninth in missed tackle rate. Marks should be a strong RB2 this week with RB1 upside. New York has allowed the third-highest explosive run rate, the ninth-highest rushing success rate, and the ninth-highest yards after contact per attempt.

Drake London Note
Drake London photo 21. Drake London WR - ATL (vs . SF)
Drake London is itching to score a touchdown. Through six weeks, he has yet to hit pay dirt, despite having the fourth-most yards at the position. With Michael Penix under center, the targets and yardage have been there to carry a solid fantasy output. However, if he starts catching touchdowns, he'll immediately become a mid-tier WR1. This week against the 49ers is a tough one to end the streak. The 49ers are allowing the seventh-fewest passing touchdowns per game. Thankfully, their offense has been on fire and may force Penix and company to air it out. Maybe Mike Evans being out changes that, but the Falcons do not have a defense that is good enough to rely on. As a result, keep London as a low-end WR1 solely based on volume and yardage.

Ashton Jeanty Note
Ashton Jeanty photo 22. Ashton Jeanty RB - LV (vs . LAR)
It's both admirable and frustrating that Jeanty refuses to take time off to get fully healthy. It's clear that he is not 100%; however, he is healthy enough to play and take a majority of the work. Last week, he scored his first rushing touchdown of the season, but it was also his second consecutive week with only 10 carries and less than 30 yards on the ground. Thankfully, he has six or more targets in all but one game this season. This has provided a decent fantasy floor, but managers would really like to see his rushing efficiency increase. This week, they face the Rams, who are not the elite defense we anticipated. That said, they are still allowing the 13th fewest fantasy points to opposing RBs. It's tough to say, but Jeanty is more of a high-end RB2 than an RB1 until he gets healthy.

Saquon Barkley Note
Saquon Barkley photo 23. Saquon Barkley RB - PHI (vs . DAL)
Saquon Barkley will be back this week. In his two full games this season, he has averaged 16 touches and 80 total yards with RB29 and RB30 finishes in weekly scoring. Barkley has posted a strong 11.8% explosive run rate and 22% missed tackle rate this season. With the Eagles' injuries to their pass-catching depth chart, Barkley could be leaned on heavily this week. Since Week 3, the Cowboys' run defense has improved, allowing the eighth-lowest rushing success rate, the seventh-lowest missed tackle rate, and ranking 16th in yards after contact per attempt allowed. Behind an offensive line that, since Week 3, has had the sixth-lowest yards before contact per attempt, Barkley might not find much running room this week.
Josh Jacobs Note
Josh Jacobs photo 24. Josh Jacobs RB - GB (at DET)
Josh Jacobs will be back this week. He practiced all week and doesn't carry any injury designation into this game, but his workload is a question. I HIGHLY doubt he will be Green Bay's clear workhorse in his first game back, but he'll likely take a sizable chunk of passing downs, factor in on early downs, and be the guy in the huddle in the red zone. He could easily see 10-12 touches this week and save his fantasy day with a touchdown. Jacobs at least returns to a plus matchup. Detroit has allowed the fifth-highest explosive run rate, the tenth-highest rushing success rate, and the fifth-most yards before contact per attempt.

Matthew Golden Note
Matthew Golden photo 25. Matthew Golden WR - GB (at DET)
There aren't many receivers who can do absolutely nothing as a rookie and turn around to become a high-powered fantasy asset in their sophomore season. That's exactly what we have happening with Matthew Golden. The speedster out of Texas has fully evolved into a big play machine that compliments Christian Watson perfectly. During the offseason, we had heard Jordan Love discuss the young receivers' improvements, but no one expected this kind of outing. This week, the high-flying Packers' offense takes on the abysmal Lions defense. The Lions average nearly 300 passing yards per game, which is by far the most in the league. Start both Packers receivers as WR1's this week.

Justin Jefferson Note
Justin Jefferson photo 26. Justin Jefferson WR - MIN (vs . IND)
Fresh off their Bye week, the 5-0 Vikings jump back in against the team that just lost to the worst team in the league. That's right, Brian Flores sets his sights on Daniel Jones and company as the Colts travel to Minnesota. The Colts are unlikely to be able to move the ball this game, opening the door for a slow-moving defensive game. That said, the Colts have no one who stops Jefferson. The jury is still out on what exactly Kyler Murray looks like in this offense, but we know that Jefferson will see a steady stream of targets and yards. In a game where the Vikings may not give up any points, Jefferson is a low-end WR1 in my rankings.
Brock Bowers Note
Brock Bowers photo 27. Brock Bowers TE - LV (vs . LAR)
Credit to the Buffalo Bills and Christian Benford for keeping Bowers in check last week. As the season progresses, we have started to see Bowers treated as a top wide receiver by defenses rather than a TE. This is good news in matchups without a big, physical, top corner. However, as we saw last week, this can limit his upside since there are no other weapons to take coverage away. Still, Bowers came through with 70 yards and was the TE14 on the week. If that's not a terrible "worst-case scenario." This week, they have another tough matchup against the Rams secondary. Bowers remains one of the clear top fantasy TEs, but don't be surprised if he has another relatively lacklustre performance against the defense allowing the second fewest fantasy points to the position. It may seem aggressive, but I have him as my TE5 this week behind Trey McBride, George Kittle, Isaiah Likely, and Tucker Kraft.

Nico Collins Note
Nico Collins photo 28. Nico Collins WR - HOU (vs . NYG)
George Kittle Note
George Kittle photo 29. George Kittle TE - SF (at ATL)
For the first time in his career, it seems like Kittle has flown under the radar. The big personality and electric playmaker has been outstanding this season. Sitting as the TE3 this season, he is tied for the most touchdowns and fourth most yards at the position. Unfortunately, injuries keep hindering the 49ers, most recently taking Mike Evans out for a few weeks. This should focus the targets towards Kittle and Christian McCaffrey; however, defenses will be able to do the same. Either way, an increased opportunity with Brock Purdy playing at an MVP level is good news overall for Kittle's fantasy production. He remains an elite play at the position this week against the Falcons, who just revived Colston Loveland's season.

Chase Brown Note
Chase Brown photo 30. Chase Brown RB - CIN (at BAL)
Chase Brown is the RB19 in fantasy points per game, averaging 19 touches and 74 total yards. In his last game before the bye, Samaje Perine did cut into his early-down workload, but I'm not concerned about Brown moving forward. In that game, Brown still had a 60.3% snap rate, a 41.9% rushing share, and a 60.6% route share (12.5%) target share. He did split the red zone rushing work with Perine, with each back seeing four red zone rushing attempts, but Brown had a 63.2% snap rate in the red zone. I think Brown's workload could bounce back this week, but even if it continues along this path, he is still the workhorse back for Cincy. Among 38 qualifying backs, Brown is 19th in yards after contact per attempt and 27th in missed tackle rate. Brown will have to get by with passing game usage and overall volume this week after laying all of that out because Baltimore's run defense has been formidable this season, allowing the eighth-lowest explosive run rate, the fifth-lowest rushing success rate, and the 11th-lowest missed tackle rate.

Zay Flowers Note
Zay Flowers photo 31. Zay Flowers WR - BAL (vs . CIN)
Lamar Jackson is hopefully back, meaning Flowers jumps right back into WR1 territory. With 30 targets across his last three games, Flowers has become the focal point of this passing offense. This week, they face the Bengals, who are coming off their bye week. We know the Ravens have struggled to slow down Ja'Marr Chase, and Burrow has historically haunted the Ravens' secondary. As a result, whether it's Tyler Huntley or Lamar under center, they will need to score points. This sets up Flowers for a great fantasy day despite facing the defence that allows the 10th-fewest fantasy points at the position.

Chris Olave Note
Chris Olave photo 32. Chris Olave WR - NO (vs . PIT)
For the second week in a row, Olave was held to fewer than 50 yards. Considering he averaged 123 yards per game over the first four weeks, this is a little peculiar. Thankfully, he found the end zone for the second time this season, saving his fantasy day. This week, they play the Steelers, who are averaging the sixth-fewest fantasy points to the WR position. It's a tough matchup, but we know the Saints defense will give up points. As long as Tyler Shough is spinning it, Olave should have a solid fantasy floor. However, he is outside of my top 12 receivers this week.

Tetairoa McMillan Note
Tetairoa McMillan photo 33. Tetairoa McMillan WR - CAR (vs . TB)
Tetairoa McMillan is having a strong season as the WR9 in fantasy points per game. McMillan, in his three games with Jalen Coker as a full-time player, has had a 22.1% target share, 2.40 YPRR, four red zone targets, six deep targets, and a 27.1% first-read share. His target share and first-read share have ranked second on the team in those games behind only Jalen Coker. In those three games, McMillan has also taken a back seat against single high to Coker. Tampa Bay has the second-highest single-high rate in the NFL (65.1%). Against single-high, in those three games with Coker, McMillan has had a 22% TPRR and 1.67 YPRR (both of these figures are behind Coker). McMillan can still have a solid week against Tampa Bay's secondary, which is 18th in yards per target and receiving fantasy points per game allowed to perimeter wide receivers, but I'm expecting Jalen Coker to lead the team in targets this week.

Malik Nabers Note
Malik Nabers photo 34. Malik Nabers WR - NYG (at HOU)
J.J. McCarthy has officially become the Giants' starter. This is scary news for managers of Malik Nabers. In a season where odd injuries have clouded his production, he now has to deal with the QB who couldn't even support Justin Jefferson last season. The good news is that McCarthy looked good in relief duties last week. The bad news is that it was against a bad Saints defense and does not make up for the sample size of last season. Still, there is hope that McCarthy has taken a step forward and will continue to feed Nabers and Isaiah Likely. Even though Nabers has seen 35 targets across his last two games, McCarthy going against the Texans' defense scares me. He is a high-upside WR2 in my rankings this week.
Tony Pollard Note
Tony Pollard photo 35. Tony Pollard RB - TEN (vs . CLE)
Since Week 2, Tony Pollard has been the RB34 in fantasy points per game, averaging 17.4 touches and 67.8 total yards. During that span, he has had two RB2 weekly finishes (RB16, RB24). Across his last five games, he has had a 56.9% snap rate, 68.4% of the rushing work, a 30.6% route share, and a 5.5% target share. Among 39 qualifying backs, Pollard has been solid, ranking 15th in yards after contact per attempt and 21st in explosive run rate. If Cam Ward can provide somewhere in the vicinity of decent quarterback play and move the offense, Pollard could be an RB2 again this week. Cleveland's run defense has been horrible, allowing the second-highest explosive run rate, the 12th-highest rushing success rate, the fourth-most yards after contact per attempt, and the sixth-highest missed tackle rate.

Ollie Gordon II Note
Ollie Gordon II photo 36. Ollie Gordon II RB - MIA (at NYJ)
In his two games as the Dolphins' starting running back, Ollie Gordon has averaged 14.5 touches and 94 total yards as the RB16 and RB14 in weekly scoring. In those games, he had a 63.4% snap rate, 51.9% of the rushing attempts, a 46.3% route share, and a 4.5% target share. He should be Miami's lead back again this week. Among 39 qualifying rushers, Gordon is fourth in explosive run rate and yards after contact per attempt. Gordon should post another nice stat line this week. The Jets' run defense has allowed the tenth-highest explosive run rate, the ninth-highest rushing success rate, and the 12th-highest missed tackle rate.

Rhamondre Stevenson Note
Rhamondre Stevenson photo 37. Rhamondre Stevenson RB - NE (at CHI)
Rhamondre Stevenson remained New England's lead back last week, but TreVeyon Henderson and Corey Kiner cut into his early-down workload. Stevenson played 60.3% of the snaps with a 42.9% route share, but he had only 38.9% of the rushing work. Stevenson finished with 14 touches and 36 total yards. Overall, he has averaged 14.3 touches and 62.3 total yards this season. Among 38 qualifying rushers, Stevenson is 17th in yards after contact per attempt and 11th in missed tackle rate. Stevenson should return RB2 value this week. Chicago has allowed the 11th-highest explosive run rate, the seventh-highest rushing success rate, and the third-most yards before contact per attempt.

Tee Higgins Note
Tee Higgins photo 38. Tee Higgins WR - CIN (at BAL)
Tee Higgins is the WR20 in fantasy points per game. Higgins has a 22.8% target share with 2.63 YPRR, two red zone targets, six deep targets, and a 25.5% first-read share. Higgins is a strong WR2 again this week. Baltimore has the fifth-highest two-high rate (62.8%). Against two-high, Higgins has crushed, with his TPRR rising from 17% to 22% and his YPRR increasing from 2.15 to 3.11. Baltimore has allowed the 11th-most yards per target to perimeter wide receivers.

A.J. Brown Note
A.J. Brown photo 39. A.J. Brown WR - NE (at CHI)
AJ Brown returned to the huddle last week. He played his usual role as New England's clear alpha, but he had a rough day at the office with four drops. Brown finished with only three receptions and 27 receiving yards, but his usage was fantastic. Brown had a 28.1% target share (94.3% route share), three red zone targets, one deep target, and a 42.9% first-read share. This is a wonderful bounce-back spot for Brown. Chicago has the ninth-highest rate of single-high (56.1%). Against single high, Brown has had a 29% target-per-route run rate this season. Yes, he has produced only 1.0 YPRR against single high, but that is small sample variance. In 2023-2025, against single high, Brown had a 35% target-per-route run rate and 3.53 YPRR against single high. He has historically shredded single high and could do so again this week against a secondary that has allowed the most yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers.

George Pickens Note
George Pickens photo 40. George Pickens WR - DAL (at PHI)
George Pickens is the WR23 in fantasy points per game, drawing a 20.3% target share with 1.96 YPRR, five red zone targets, seven deep targets, and a 22.4% first-read share. The matchup isn't easy this week, but if Philly continues their recent trend of single high usage, it could be a good coverage structure for his volume. Since Week 5, Philly has had the eighth-highest rate of single high (60.5%). This season, Pickens' splits against single high and two high have been dramatic. Against single high, his TPRR rises from 17% to 35%, and his YPRR jumps from 1.58 to 2.74. Philly has allowed the 13th-most yards per target to perimeter wide receivers, but only one touchdown. Pickens could pile up some yardage this week, but his touchdown prospects are dimmer.

J.K. Dobbins Note
J.K. Dobbins photo 41. J.K. Dobbins RB - DEN (at ARI)
J.K. Dobbins is the RB37 in fantasy points per game with two top-24 weekly finishes this season (RB13, RB15). Dobbins has averaged 14.8 touches and 49.5 total yards. He has a 43.9% snap rate, a 55.1% rushing share, and a 16.3% route share (4.2% target share). Among 39 qualifying backs, Dobbins is 28th in explosive run rate, 23rd in yards after contact per attempt, and 35th in missed tackle rate. Dobbins could be an RB2 again this week. Arizona has allowed the eighth-highest explosive run rate, the third-most yards after contact per attempt, and the second-highest missed tackle rate.

Aaron Jones Sr. Note
Aaron Jones Sr. photo 42. Aaron Jones Sr. RB - MIN (vs . IND)
With Jordan Mason back this week, I'm expecting Aaron Jones to split the work with him as they did in Week 1. Aaron Jones can't hold up to this bellcow role that he has had without Mason. Jones has also been gutting it out on one good knee weekly. If Minnesota REALLY wants to make a playoff run this season, they need Jones healthy for the rest of the season. In Week 1, Jones had a 42.6% snap rate, 35.3% of the rushing work, a 23.3% route share, and a 4.2% target share. Jones finished with 12 touches and 40 total yards (one score). In that game, Jones and Mason split the red zone work with each back seeing four red zone rushing attempts. Indy has allowed the seventh-highest rushing success rate, the third-most yards before contact per attempt, and the tenth-highest missed tackle rate. Jones and Mason could each flirt with 10-15 touches in this game and get into the end zone as they did in Week 1.

DK Metcalf Note
DK Metcalf photo 43. DK Metcalf WR - PIT (at NO)
DK Metcalf is heating up as the WR32 in fantasy points per game with top 20 finishes in two of his last three games in weekly scoring (WR16, WR8). Metcalf has a 22.1% target share with 1.35 YPRR, three red zone targets, 12 deep targets (third most among wide receivers), and a 31.5% first-read share. Metcalf should shred the Saints secondary this week. New Orleans has the third-highest rate of single high (64.2%) in the NFL and has struggled to defend deep passing. Against single high, Metcalf's TPRR has increased from 20% to 23% while his YPRR has risen from 1.17 to 1.44. Historically Metcalf has been MUCH better against single high. Metcalf should also convert his robust downfield role into fantasy production this week against a secondary that has allowed the eighth-most deep passing yards and the highest passing success rate to downfield passing. The Saints have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers while ranking 15th in receiving fantasy points per game to the position.

Trey McBride Note
Trey McBride photo 44. Trey McBride TE - ARI (vs . DEN)
Trey McBride has at least seven catches in each game this season. This puts him tied with JSN for the league lead in receptions. For a TE to be keeping pace with JSN is some incredible stuff. As long as Jacoby Brissett is under center, McBride will have a decent fantasy floor in the worst of matchups. This week, they face the Broncos, who allowed the aforementioned JSN to have a huge second half last week. The Broncos are league average at allowing fantasy points to the TE position. I am keeping McBride and his unworldly usage in the top three of fantasy rankings this week.

Jalen Coker Note
Jalen Coker photo 45. Jalen Coker WR - CAR (vs . TB)
COKEHEADS UNITE! Jalen Coker is having a wonderful breakout season as the WR13 in fantasy points per game. In his three full games this season, Coker has led Carolina with a 25.7% target share and 32.9% first-read share while posting 2.95 YPRR with five red zone targets and seven deep targets. Coker should crush again this week. Tampa Bay has the second-highest single-high rate in the NFL (65.1%). Against single-high, in those three games, Coker has led the team with a 29% TPRR and 3.21 YPRR. Those are wonderful numbers. Tampa Bay is 18th in yards per target and receiving fantasy points per game allowed to perimeter wide receivers.

Emanuel Wilson Note
Emanuel Wilson photo 46. Emanuel Wilson RB - SEA (vs . KC)
I have zero confidence in starting anyone from the Seattle backfield right now. Last week, Emanuel Wilson lost his lead back role as he played only 32.9% of the snaps while having 53.8% of the rushing attempts and only a 13.8% route share (one target). If Seattle is playing from behind in this game, Wilson could see his role eaten up by George Holani, who had a 56.1% snap rate last week. Last week, Wilson finished with 14 touches and 52 scoreless rushing yards. Among 38 qualifying backs, Wilson is 26th in explosive run rate and 25th in missed tackle rate. Kansas City has allowed the sixth-lowest explosive run rate, the seventh-lowest rushing success rate, and the third-lowest missed tackle rate.

Jameson Williams Note
Jameson Williams photo 47. Jameson Williams WR - DET (vs . GB)
Jameson Williams is the WR32 in fantasy points per game, despite finishing as a top-20 wide receiver in weekly fantasy scoring in each of his last two games (WR19, WR15). Williams has a 14.7% target share with 1.50 YPRR, a 31.8% air-yard share, and a 22.7% first-read share. He has three red zone targets and nine deep targets. This week's matchup doesn't line up well for Williams. Green Bay has the fourth-highest two-high rate (65.4%). Against two-high, Williams ' target-per-route run rate drops from 16% to 15%, and his YPRR has declined from 1.65 to 1.36. Not only does the coverage structure not line up for Williams, but Green Bay has held perimeter receivers to the 11th-fewest yards per target and the tenth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity.

Garrett Wilson Note
Garrett Wilson photo 48. Garrett Wilson WR - NYJ (vs . MIA)
Jordan Mason Note
Jordan Mason photo 49. Jordan Mason RB - MIN (vs . IND)
With Jordan Mason back in the huddle this week, I'm expecting a split of the workload similar to what we saw in Week 1. In Week 1, Mason had a 47.5% snap rate, 44.1% of the rushing work, and a 23.3% route share (zero targets). Mason finished with 15 carries for 59 rushing yards (one score). Mason was the RB23 for the week. In that game, Jones and Mason split the red zone work, with each back seeing four red zone rushing attempts. Indy has allowed the seventh-highest rushing success rate, the third-most yards before contact per attempt, and the tenth-highest missed tackle rate. Jones and Mason could each flirt with 10-15 touches in this game and get into the end zone as they did in Week 1.

Blake Corum Note
Blake Corum photo 50. Blake Corum RB - LAR (at LV)
Blake Corum has played 23-29.1% of the snaps in four of six games this season, while averaging 9.3 touches and 52.4 total yards. Corum's added passing game usage has been a nice wrinkle this season. He has at least two targets in each of his last four games, with two games with at least four targets. With Davante Adams out, I wouldn't be shocked if the Rams leaned on their strong running game even more. Over the last two weeks, Corum has been the RB13 and RB10 in weekly scoring. Among 38 qualifying backs, he is sixth in explosive run rate and 14th in missed tackle rate. Corum should have another strong week against the Raiders' run defense, which has allowed the fourth-highest explosive run rate while having the 13th-lowest stuff rate and sitting at 15th in missed tackle rate.

Luther Burden III Note
Luther Burden III photo 51. Luther Burden III WR - CHI (vs . NE)
Luther Burden is the WR26 in fantasy points per game after finishing as the WR13 in weekly scoring last week. Burden has a 20.7% target share with 2.31 YPRR, nine red zone targets, three deep targets, and a 26.2% first-read share. It won't be a cakewalk for Burden this week, but he could see an elevated target share with Rome Odunze likely dealing with a Christian Gonzalez shadow. Burden has the talent and a smart playcaller to overcome a tough matchup. New England has limited slot receivers to the ninth-fewest yards per target and the 11th-fewest fantasy points per opportunity.

Quinshon Judkins Note
Quinshon Judkins photo 52. Quinshon Judkins RB - CLE (at TEN)
Quinshon Judkins has practiced on a limited basis all week (ankle). He'll be back this week and should lead the Browns' ground game. Judkins is the RB20 in fantasy points per game, averaging 18.2 touches and 60.6 total yards. Among 39 qualifying rushers, Judkins is 35th in explosive run rate, 31st in yards after contact per attempt, and 22nd in missed tackle rate. Judkins gets quietly an amazing matchup this week. Tennessee's run defense has been a dumpster fire since Week 3, allowing the seventh-highest explosive run rate, the tenth-highest rushing success rate, and the 12th-highest zone rushing success rate (Judkins: 57.5% zone).

Tucker Kraft Note
Tucker Kraft photo 53. Tucker Kraft TE - GB (at DET)
Tucker Kraft was made for this matchup. The big play TE has not been his electric self this season. However, he has still flashed his explosive ability when he has managed to catch the ball. If he can get some gorilla glue on his hands, this could be a huge fantasy day for the TE out of South Dakota State. The Lions are allowing the most passing yards, passing touchdowns, and fantasy points to the TE position. Even though this passing attack has been funnelled through Christian Watson and Matthew Golden, there will be plenty of points to go around against a strong Lions defense. I'm calling for Kraft to surpass his season high of 65 yards as well as score his second touchdown of the season this week. That makes him my TE4 behind George Kittle, Trey McBride, and Isaiah Likely this week.

Sam LaPorta Note
Sam LaPorta photo 54. Sam LaPorta TE - DET (vs . GB)
The Lions and Packers game is set up to be a fantasy feast. These two offenses severely outmatch the opposing defenses, leading to a buffet of fantasy points. It was recently reported that LaPorta is not happy with his current contract situation with the Lions. If he wants to show the organization he deserves to be paid, there should be plenty of opportunity in this matchup. That said, the Packers are holding the TE position to the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game. One narrative may be that this is a difficult matchup. However, you could easily write another narrative where this becomes a shootout, and you want every piece you can. Regardless of which you choose, LaPorta remains locked in as a TE1 this week.

Isaiah Likely Note
Isaiah Likely photo 55. Isaiah Likely TE - NYG (at HOU)
Introducing the current TE1 of the season. Isaiah Likely has been incredible for fantasy this season. The dynamic receiving TE has been force-fed the ball in every game this season. With only Likely and Malik Nabers to funnel the offense through, his volume shouldn't be going anywhere. However, we now have a change under center, with J.J. McCarthy taking over starting duties. If you remember Justin Jefferson's abysmal 2025 season, this should worry you. That said, McCarthy looked functional last week and even delivered a touchdown strike to Likely. At this point, you have to ride the hot hand, but we may need to reassess after they take on a feisty Texans defense.

Germie Bernard Note
Germie Bernard photo 56. Germie Bernard WR - PIT (at NO)
Over the last two games, Germie Bernard has been the WR11 in fantasy points per game. He has had a 25% target share with 2.42 YPRR, four red zone targets, zero deep targets, and a 23.1% first-read share. Bernard should keep the party bus rolling this week. New Orleans has the third-highest rate of single high (64.2%) in the NFL. Since Week 5, against single high, Bernard has had a 23% target-per-route run rate and 2.59 YPRR. The Saints have allowed the 12th-most yards per target to slot receivers while ranking 15th in fantasy points per opportunity against the position.
Xavier Worthy Note
Xavier Worthy photo 57. Xavier Worthy WR - KC (at SEA)
Xavier Worthy will be Kansas City's WR1 again this week with Rashee Rice out. Last week's WR23 finish was Worthy's second top-24 weekly finish of the season (WR22 in Week 2). Last week, Worthy had a 23.3% target share with 73 receiving yards (2.61 YPRR), a 4.43 aDOT, a 33.3% first-read share, and a 14.3% designed target rate. This wasn't the Rashee Rice role, but he was still a low aDOT chain mover for Mahomes. Even if he sees similar volume this week, Worthy is only a low-end volume-based flex this week with a bad matchup. Seattle has allowed the fewest yards per target and the second-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers.
Kendre Miller Note
Kendre Miller photo 58. Kendre Miller RB - NO (vs . PIT)
The Saints' backfield has dissolved into a gross three-way committee with Kendre Miller handling the bulk of the early-down work. Last week, he finished with 22 touches (20 carries) and 70 total yards. He had a 45.6% snap rate, 52.6% of the rushing work, and a 15.6% route share (6.7% target share). With the early-down volume, Miller is a viable flex option again this week. Miller's per-tough rushing efficiency has been putrid, though. He has only a 2.4% explosive run rate, 1.73 yards after contact per attempt, and a 12% missed tackle rate. If the Saints are playing from behind this week, Miller could easily get gamescripted out of the Week 7 action, so that also has to be added to his volatility. Pittsburgh hasn't been an imposing run defense, allowing the 14th-highest explosive run rate, the 11th-most yards after contact per attempt, and the 14th-highest missed tackle rate. Miller needs the Saints to play with a lead this week and a touchdown to likely pay off for fantasy purposes. Both are questionable propositions in Week 7.

Carnell Tate Note
Carnell Tate photo 59. Carnell Tate WR - TEN (vs . CLE)
Carnell Tate is the WR42 in fantasy points per game with two top-36 weekly finishes in his last three games (WR36, WR12). Tate's problem isn't related to his play at all but to that of his quarterback. Tate has a 24.9% target share, 2.15 YPRR, two red zone targets, six deep targets, and a 33% first-read share. His weekly volatility has been directly tied to Cam Ward. We'll see if Tate can overcome a tough matchup this week and Ward's play. He's a volatile flex for Week 7. Cleveland has allowed the eighth-lowest yards per target and the fifth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers.

Michael Wilson Note
Michael Wilson photo 60. Michael Wilson WR - ARI (vs . DEN)
Michael Wilson is the WR29 in fantasy points per game after down games over the last two weeks. Wilson has a 23.4% target share with 1.43 YPRR, nine red zone targets, nine deep targets, and a 28.9% first-read share. Patrick Surtain's status is up in the air this week. He has been listed as questionable, but he practiced on a limited basis all week. If Surtain shadows Wilson, it'll massively impact his outlook this week. Surtain followed Davante Adams, Jakobi Meyers, and Tyquan Thornton on 50-90% of their routes this season. Adams took his lunch money, but Meyers and Thornton didn't draw a single target with Surtain in tow. Even if we're not factoring in Surtain here, Denver isn't a pushover matchup. They have limited perimeter wide receivers to the tenth-fewest yards per target and the fourth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity. Temper your expectations for Wilson this week.

Jaylen Waddle Note
Jaylen Waddle photo 61. Jaylen Waddle WR - DEN (at ARI)
Bo Nix has crushed Jaylen Waddle's season so far as the WR49 in fantasy points per game. Waddle has a 19% target share with 1.49 YPRR, two red zone targets, five deep targets, and a 27.9% first-read share. It has been difficult to watch all season. Maybe this is the Waddle bounce-back game, but I don't know if Nix can facilitate it. Waddle has the talent to do so if Nix can just get him catchable targets. Arizona has allowed the second-most yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers.

Colston Loveland Note
Colston Loveland photo 62. Colston Loveland TE - CHI (vs . NE)
Colston Loveland has started to resemble the player that we thought he'd be for 2026 over the last three weeks. Yes, during this stretch he has only been the TE14 in fantasy points per game, but in those three games his usage has trended upward. Since Week 4, Loveland has had a 19.1% target share (70.2% route share) with 1.62 YPRR, six red zone targets, and a 26.2% first-read share. Loveland could be a TE1 again this week with targets being pushed in his direction, with Rome Odunze facing a Christian Gonzalez shadow. New England is 17th in yards per target while allowing the fifth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends. New England held Dalton Kincaid, Pat Freiermuth, and Brenton Strange to quiet days, but Brock Bowers destroyed them with eight grabs, 110 receiving yards, and a score. I don't project a blow-up game for Loveland, but he could still be a low-end TE1 this week.

Dallas Goedert Note
Dallas Goedert photo 63. Dallas Goedert TE - PHI (vs . DAL)
Last week, Dallas Goedert was the TE14 for the week with a 17.8% target share, 61 receiving yards (1.65 YPRR), and a 23.5% first-read share. Those are all solid if not damn good numbers. Goedert should be competing for the second spot in the target pecking order this week for Philly. He could easily be a TE1 this week. Dallas has allowed the 13th-most yards per target and the seventh-most fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends. Goedert has opened this week with back-to-back DNPs (knee). He logged a full practice on Saturday and doesn't carry an injury designation into this game.

Rome Odunze Note
Rome Odunze photo 64. Rome Odunze WR - CHI (vs . NE)
I'm worried Rome Odunze will see Christian Gonzalez all day. If that's the case, I worry Odunze will have a quiet game. Odunze is the WR61 in fantasy points per game with only one outing this season with at least double-digit PPR points. Odunze has a 15.4% target share with 1.67 YPRR, four red zone targets, seven deep targets, and a 17.5% first-read share. Christian Gonzalez has followed DK Metcalf, Garrett Wilson, and Jaxon Smith-Njigba this season on 65.4-86.4% of their routes. Wilson and Metcalf were held scoreless and below 50 receiving yards when lined up opposite Gonzalez. Sit Odunze this week, if possible.

Tyler Allgeier Note
Tyler Allgeier photo 65. Tyler Allgeier RB - ARI (vs . DEN)
Last week, I was expecting Tyler Allgeier to be Arizona's bell cow back, but it didn't happen. Last week, he played 55.6% of the snaps, finishing with 19 touches and 48 total yards. Allgeier had 51.4% of the rushing attempts, a 48.6% route share, and a 2.9% target share. Allgeier and Bam Knight split the red zone work equally, with each back seeing four red zone rushing attempts. Allgeier hasn't been impressive as a rusher this season with only a 4.1% explosive run rate and 9% missed tackle rate. If Allgeier sees similar volume again this week, even if he's not efficient with it, he's still on the flex radar. Denver has had issues stopping the run this season, allowing the sixth-highest explosive run rate, the most yards after contact per attempt, and the highest missed tackle rate.

RJ Harvey Note
RJ Harvey photo 66. RJ Harvey RB - DEN (at ARI)
RJ Harvey has quietly been a top-24 running back in weekly scoring in three of his five games (RB24, RB12, RB13) this season. Harvey has averaged 8.8 touches and 48.8 total yards, with the bulk of his production coming in the passing game. Harvey has a 15.8% target share, 2.30 YPRR, four red zone targets, and a 10.8% first-read share. Arizona has the highest rate of two-high in the NFL (69.8%). Against two high, Harvey has had an insane 41% TPRR with 2.32 YPRR. He should see PLENTY of targets this week. Harvey is a strong flex again this week against an Arizona defense that has allowed the 11th-most yards per target to running backs.

Denzel Boston Note
Denzel Boston photo 67. Denzel Boston WR - CLE (at TEN)
Denzel Boston is the WR23 in fantasy points per game while ranking 36th in separation and tenth in route win rate among 100 qualifying receivers. Boston has an 18.4% target share with 1.82 YPRR, four red zone targets, 11 deep targets, and a 22.4% first-read share. This week, Boston has another nice coverage matchup. Tennessee has the eighth-highest two-high rate (57.9%). Against two high, Boston has seen his TPRR increase from 14% to 21% and his YPRR jump from 0.53 to 3.33. Boston is a strong flex again this week. Tennessee has allowed the ninth-most yards per target and 13th-most receiving fantasy points per game to perimeter wide receivers.

Tyler Higbee Note
Tyler Higbee photo 68. Tyler Higbee TE - LAR (at LV)
In Weeks 3-5, Tyler Higbee was crushing it with a 69.8% route share, a 14.4% target share, 1.80 YPRR, 70.7 receiving yards per game, two red zone targets, and a 16.8% first-read share. In those three weeks, he was TE6, TE12, and TE11. Also during this stretch, Colby Parkinson had only a 54.4% snap rate and 23.5% route share (2.8% target share). Last week, when I was all in on Higbee for fantasy, Higbee saw his snap rate sit at 83.9% with a 72.2% route share, but his target share dipped to 12.1% while his first-read share was 16%. Parkinson was more involved with a 60.7% snap rate, 50% route share, 18.2% target share, and 12% first-read share. Higbee could easily get back to his Week 3-5 production this week, but Parkinson's involvement casts a layer of risk for Higbee this week. The Raiders have allowed the third-most receiving touchdowns and fifth-most fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends while giving up the 15th-lowest yards per target.

Tre Tucker Note
Tre Tucker photo 69. Tre Tucker WR - LV (vs . LAR)
Well, Tre Tucker did it again. He popped off with a big game and now likely heads back into fantasy nothingness. Tucker has two games this season with at least 22.9 PRR points (22.9, 26.7). In his other four games, he hasn't hit double-digit PPR points once. In his four non-outlier games, Tucker has a 13.9% target share, 1.27 YPRR, two red zone targets, five deep targets, and a 19.3% first-read share. Tucker is a player that fantasy GMs will chase and put him in their lineups consistently and get burned more than rewarded. He is the quintessential "better in best ball" type of receiver that can cause more fantasy pain than payoff yearly. I won't be chasing this fantasy ghost. The Rams have allowed the sixth-fewest yards per target and the fourth-fewest receiving fantasy points per game to perimeter wide receivers.

Rico Dowdle Note
Rico Dowdle photo 70. Rico Dowdle RB - PIT (at NO)
Rico Dowdle returned to the field last week. He finished with ten touches and 49 total yards. Dowdle had only a 27.6% snap rate, 31.8% of the rushing work, and a 13% route share (6.1% target share). Jaylen Warren is the clear backfield leader now. Dowdle did split the red zone work with Warren, with both backs having a 45.5% red zone snap rate and one red zone rushing attempt last week, so he does still have some touchdown equity in this offense. That and the wonderful matchup put Dowdle on the low end of the flex radar this week. New Orleans has allowed the seventh-highest explosive run rate, the highest rushing success rate, and the ninth-highest missed tackle rate.

Chris Godwin Jr. Note
Chris Godwin Jr. photo 71. Chris Godwin Jr. WR - TB (at CAR)
Chris Godwin is an easy sit this week. Godwin still hasn't posted a week with at least double-digit PPR points or a top-36 finish in weekly scoring. Godwin has a 14.9% target share with 1.10 YPRR and a 16.5% first-read share. Carolina has limited slot receivers to the third-fewest yards per target and the seventh-fewest fantasy points per opportunity.

Cam Skattebo Note
Cam Skattebo photo 72. Cam Skattebo RB - NYG (at HOU)
I don't want to start anyone from the Giants' backfield this week. I have no clue how the coaches divide up the workload this week, even without Najee Harris. Last week, Cam Skattebo didn't have a touch, and he played only six offensive snaps. Last week, Devin Singletary, Tyrone Tracy, and Najee Harris all played at least 15.3% of the snaps and had at least 20% of the rushing work. Singletary led the group with a 39.6% route share. This backfield could be a mess this week, and the matchup is so tough I don't see any back having a great day when the volume could be capped. Houston has held rushers to the third-lowest explosive run rate while posting the tenth-highest rate of backs hit at the line of scrimmage or behind it and the fourth-lowest rushing yards over expectation per attempt.

Jordan Addison Note
Jordan Addison photo 73. Jordan Addison WR - MIN (vs . IND)
In the two games Jordan Addison has played this season with Kyler Murray, he has had a 21.2% target share with 1.89 YPRR, zero red zone targets, four deep targets, and a 34.2% first-read share. It has to be mentioned that Justin Jefferson didn't play in those two games, so take those numbers with a grain of salt. In Weeks 1-2, with Addison and Jefferson on the field together, Addison had only a 15.9% target share with 0.47 YPRR, one red zone target, zero deep targets, and a 16.7% first-read share. The reality of his usage and production on a weekly basis is probably somewhere in the middle of those two polarities, but Addison is only a low-end flex with a bad matchup this week. Indy has limited perimeter wide receivers to the third-fewest yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity.

Travis Kelce Note
Travis Kelce photo 74. Travis Kelce TE - KC (at SEA)
Travis Kelce is still motoring along as the TE7 in fantasy points per game. Among 38 qualifying tight ends, Kelce is 13th in target share (16.5%), third in YPRR (2.41), fourth in FD/RR (0.121), and tenth in first-read share (19.1%). Kelce has three red zone targets and two deep targets this season. Kelce won't have it easy this week, but he could still post a TE1 week as he presents an easier outlet for Mahomes than attacking Seattle's talented corners. Seattle has allowed the third-fewest yards per target and the seventh-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends.

Keenan Allen Note
Keenan Allen photo 75. Keenan Allen WR - IND (at MIN)
Keenan Allen has remained a solid flex this season, despite Daniel Jones barely being a functional NFL quarterback. Allen is the WR35 in fantasy points per game with three top-36 weekly finishes (WR20, WR35, WR17). Allen has a 21.7% target share with 1.62 YPRR, four red zone targets, two deep targets, and a 25.6% first-read share. He's a volume-based low-end flex this week only. Minnesota has allowed the 14th-fewest yards per target and the eighth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers.

Devaughn Vele Note
Devaughn Vele photo 76. Devaughn Vele WR - NO (vs . PIT)
Devaughn Vele's star has dimmed somewhat over the last two games. Vele is the WR31 in fantasy points per game, but he has managed double-digit PPR points only once in his last four games. Vele has a 17% target share with 1.30 YPRR, five red zone targets, seven deep targets, and a 21.9% first-read share. Unfortunately, I don't see Vele turning around his fantasy fortunes this week. Pittsburgh has been tough against slot receivers, allowing the fourth-fewest yards per target and the fewest fantasy points per opportunity to the position. Sit Vele this week.

I was shocked last week by how involved Bam Knight was. He played 44.3% of the snaps, had 42.9% of the rushing attempts, and logged a 28.6% route share (5.7% target share. Knight finished with 17 touches and 98 total yards. Tyler Allgeier and Bam Knight split the red zone work equally, with each back seeing four red zone rushing attempts. Knight had a 20% explosive run rate, 2.14 yards after contact per attempt, and a 17% missed tackle rate last week. All of those are solid to very impressive numbers. Knight was the RB20 in weekly scoring last week. He could have another strong week against Denver. Denver has had issues stopping the run this season, allowing the sixth-highest explosive run rate, the most yards after contact per attempt, and the highest missed tackle rate.

KC Concepcion Jr. Note
KC Concepcion Jr. photo 78. KC Concepcion Jr. WR - CLE (at TEN)
KC Concepcion is the WR74 in fantasy points per game, which is rough, but he has been playing much better than that fantasy production would have you believe. Among 100 qualifying receivers, Concepcion is 12th in separation and 38th in route win rate. He also leads the team with a 19% target share, 26.7% first-read share, and 27.3% designed target rate. Sadly, he has only produced 1.21 YPRR with three red zone targets and three deep targets. Concepcion hasn't finished as a WR3 or higher in weekly scoring this season, but this could be the week. Tennessee has allowed the second-most yards per target and the fourth-most fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers.

Kyle Pitts Sr. Note
Kyle Pitts Sr. photo 79. Kyle Pitts Sr. TE - ATL (vs . SF)
Kyle Pitts' usage has trended up over the last two games as the TE7 and TE2 in weekly scoring. Since Week 5, Pitts has had a 67.1% route share, a 71.1% snap rate, a 19.1% target share, 1.92 YPRR, five red zone targets, and a 20% first-read share. All of those metrics are outstanding. Unfortunately, I don't think Pitts keeps the train rolling this week. The 49ers have the tenth-highest rate of single high (55.7%). Since Week 5, against single high, Pitts has had only a 10% TPRR and 0.25 YPRR. The 49ers have also held tight ends to the seventh-fewest yards per target and the second-fewest fantasy points per opportunity. Sit Pitts this week, but better days are ahead for him.

Malik Washington Note
Malik Washington photo 80. Malik Washington WR - MIA (at NYJ)
Malik Washington has been a volume hog as the WR37 in fantasy points per game. Washington has two top-36 weekly finishes this season (WR35, WR23). He hasn't scored a touchdown this season, but toss a touchdown on top of nearly any of his stat lines this season, and he's flirting with WR2 production for fantasy. Washington has a 27.7% target share, 1.93 YPRR, two red zone targets, eight deep targets, and a 29.8% first-read share. Washington is headed for a nice game against the Jets this week. New York has the tenth-highest rate of two-high (55.9%). Against two-high, Washington has seen a 30% TPRR with 2.10 YPRR. Washington is a strong flex with WR2 upside. New York has allowed the 14th-most yards per target and the 13th-most fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers.

Alvin Kamara Note
Alvin Kamara photo 81. Alvin Kamara RB - NO (vs . PIT)
Alvin Kamara has been a limited committee back over the last two weeks, averaging seven touches and 37.5 total yards. Since Week 5, he has played only 25% of the snaps with an 18.2% rushing share and a 17.2% route share (10.9% target share). Yes, he has three scores across his last three games, but we can't count on a touchdown to save his fantasy day weekly. Kamara is a weekly sit until his role changes in the New Orleans backfield.

Mark Andrews Note
Mark Andrews photo 82. Mark Andrews TE - BAL (vs . CIN)
If there was ever a matchup for Mark Andrews to break out of his fantasy funk, it's this one. Andrews is the TE25 in fantasy points per game, despite having a 19.6% target share and 21.7% first-read share. He has only had one touchdown despite seeing five red zone targets and one deep target. Andrews has an encouraging 0.091 FD/RR, but his YPRR has fallen to 1.37. If Andrews can't post a TE1 week in Week 7, then it's probably getting close to cut bait time for fantasy rosters. Cincy has allowed the most yards per target and the eighth-most receiving fantasy points per game to tight ends.

Courtland Sutton Note
Courtland Sutton photo 83. Courtland Sutton WR - DEN (at ARI)
Add Courtland Sutton to the list of skilled players sunk by Bo Nix's putrid quarterbacking. Sutton hasn't had even double-digit PPR points in any game this season. Sutton has a 13.8% target share with 0.78 YPRR, six red zone targets, three deep targets, and a 21.2% first-read share. I'd love to tell you to play Sutton this week because the matchup is wonderful, but I don't have any faith that Nix will turn the Titanic around this week. If you're desperate, Sutton is a flex play this week because of the matchup only. Arizona has allowed the second-most yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers.

Harold Fannin Jr. Note
Harold Fannin Jr. photo 84. Harold Fannin Jr. TE - CLE (at TEN)
Harold Fannin is the TE13 in fantasy points per game, with two TE1 finishes this season in weekly scoring (TE3, TE12). Fannin has a 16.7% target share with 0.97 YPRR, three red zone targets, one deep target, and a 14.7% first-read share. This week's matchup is more favorable for KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston and tougher for Fannin. How many weapons can Deshaun Watson support weekly? Usually one, and maybe some weeks two, so this week I'm inclined to stream a tight end over starting Fannin. Tennessee has allowed the second-fewest yards per target and the fourth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends.

Omar Cooper Jr. Note
Omar Cooper Jr. photo 85. Omar Cooper Jr. WR - NYJ (vs . MIA)
Last week, Omar Cooper Jr. popped off with a big game as the WR6 for the week. He led the team with a 23.3% target share, 103 receiving yards (3.81 YPRR), one red zone target, one deep target, and a 33.3% first-read share. I'd love to tell you that Cooper is a must-start player this week, but we need to add a layer of context here. Last week, Garrett Wilson dealt with Christian Gonzalez on 93.9% of his routes, which both limited Wilson's production and pushed target volume in Cooper's direction. Also, Adonai Mitchell wasn't active. Mitchell will be back this week. Cooper will have more target competition this week between these two talented receivers. Miami might be a struggling defense, but they have been very good at defending the slot. Miami has allowed the seventh-fewest yards per target and the tenth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers. Cooper is flex-viable this week, but I'm not expecting a massive stat line.

Josh Downs Note
Josh Downs photo 86. Josh Downs WR - IND (at MIN)
Josh Downs' season has quickly gone down the toilet as the WR56 in fantasy points per game. In four of his six games this season, Downs has failed to manage at least double-digit PPR points or more than 50 receiving yards. Downs has an 18.3% target share with 1.40 YPRR, five red zone targets, seven deep targets, and a 23.6% first-read share. Sit Downs this week with another tough matchup incoming. Minnesota has allowed the fifth-fewest yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers.

TreVeyon Henderson Note
TreVeyon Henderson photo 87. TreVeyon Henderson RB - NE (at CHI)
Last week, TreVeyon Henderson had only a 23.5% snap share, a 19.4% rushing share, and a 20% route share (3.1% target share). Henderson finished with eight touches and 40 total yards. Corey Kiner cut into his early-down load. I expect Henderson to flirt with 8-10 touches again this week as a middling flex with a good matchup. Among 38 qualifying backs, Henderson is 28th in yards after contact per attempt and 31st in missed tackle rate. Henderson likely needs a score to pay off this week, but if he rips off a big run, he could get it. Chicago has allowed the 11th-highest explosive run rate, the seventh-highest rushing success rate, and the third-most yards before contact per attempt.

DeMario Douglas Note
DeMario Douglas photo 88. DeMario Douglas WR - NE (at CHI)
Last week, DeMario Douglas had a 58.8% snap rate, a 74.3% route share, a 25% target share, 86 receiving yards (3.31 YPRR), and a 19% first-read share. It was the third time this season that Douglas has had a route share north of 70%, but he also has two games where his route share dipped below 60%. His usage has been up and down over the last two seasons, which makes me skeptical that it will hold in Week 7. Overall, Douglas has a 65.2% route share, a 14.8% target share, 1.62 YPRR, three red zone targets, eight deep targets, and a 16.9% first-read share. Chicago has the ninth-highest rate of single-high (56.1%). Against single-high, Douglas has a 23% TPRR, but his YPRR has fallen from 1.85 to 1.40. Douglas is flex-viable this week, but there's a ton of volatility with his projection. Chicago has allowed the 14th-fewest yards per target and the 15th-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers. It's essentially a neutral matchup for Douglas.

Hunter Henry Note
Hunter Henry photo 89. Hunter Henry TE - NE (at CHI)
Hunter Henry is the TE18 in fantasy points per game, with TE1 finishes in weekly scoring in each of the last two games (TE8, TE6). Henry has a 12.2% target share, 1.63 YPRR, five red zone targets, one deep target, and a 13.6% first-read share. Henry is on the streaming radar this week against a defense that has allowed the tenth-most yards per target and the 14th-most fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends this season.

Pat Freiermuth Note
Pat Freiermuth photo 90. Pat Freiermuth TE - PIT (at NO)
I'm fading Pat Freiermuth again this week. This is a continuation of what I discussed last week. Against single high, Freiermuth has disappeared over the last two seasons. The Saints have the third-highest rate of single-high (64.2%). Since 2025, against single high, Freiermuth has had only a 14% TPRR and 0.80 YPRR. During that same span, against two high, he has had a 21% TPRR and 2.13 YPRR. Could he get a score this week and save his fantasy day? It's possible, but I don't want to depend on that. Last week, against another single high-heavy matchup, he had only a 57.4% route share, a 6.1% target share (10% TPRR), two receptions, 11 receiving yards, and 9.4% first-read share. New Orleans has allowed the eighth-most yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends.

Roschon Johnson Note
Roschon Johnson photo 91. Roschon Johnson RB - CHI (vs . NE)
Roschon Johnson has been solid over the last two weeks. Over the last two games, he has had a 39.7% snap rate, a 31.6% rushing share, and a 34.1% route share (11.8% target share). He has averaged 12.5 touches and 62.5 total yards with RB31 and RB15 finishes in weekly scoring. Johnson hasn't been impressive on a per-touch basis with only 1.82 yards after contact per attempt and a 14% missed tackle rate. New England could allow him to flirt with strong flex value again this week. New England has allowed the 11th-highest rushing success rate, the sixth-most yards after contact per attempt, and the 17th-highest missed tackle rate.

T.J. Hockenson Note
T.J. Hockenson photo 92. T.J. Hockenson TE - MIN (vs . IND)
T.J. Hockenson was concussed in Week 5, but I'm hoping/expecting him to be back this week. In Weeks 1-4, Hockenson had two TE1 weekly finishes (TE9, TE1) while seeing five red zone looks and scoring a touchdown. During that four-game span, Hockenson had a 22.7% target share, 2.14 YPRR, and a 23.5% first-read share. Some of those numbers are pumped up by Justin Jefferson's absence. Hockenson could still be a TE1 this week with Jefferson in the huddle. Indy is 15th in receiving fantasy points per game against tight ends while giving up the tenth-most fantasy points per opportunity to the position.

Makai Lemon Note
Makai Lemon photo 93. Makai Lemon WR - PHI (vs . DAL)
Makai Lemon is someone who could pop off with a randomly strong game this week. So far this season, Lemon hasn't scored a touchdown and hasn't had more than 43 receiving yards in any game. That could change this week. Last week, Lemon had an 89.6% route share with an 11.1% target share, 6.20 aDOT, 19 receiving yards (0.44 YPRR), and a 14.7% first-read share. Is any of that outside of his route share good? Nope. Dallas has been having ISSUES with stopping slot receivers, though. Dallas has allowed the most yards per target, the most receiving yards, and the third-most fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers this season. Lemon is an intriguing flex this week.

Juwan Johnson Note
Juwan Johnson photo 94. Juwan Johnson TE - NO (vs . PIT)
Juwan Johnson is the TE9 in fantasy points per game, but he, too, has fallen on hard times over the last two games with 5.6 and zero PPR points. Johnson has a 13.6% target share with 1.43 YPRR, seven red zone targets, one deep target, and a 16.9% first-read share. This week, Johnson should return to the friendly confines of TE1 land against a defense that has allowed the ninth-most yards per target and the sixth-most fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends.

Samaje Perine Note
Samaje Perine photo 95. Samaje Perine RB - CIN (at BAL)
In his last game before the bye, Samaje Perine finished with 16 touches, 78 total yards, and a score as Chase Brown's backfield running mate. I'm not willing to declare Perine as a standalone flex play moving forward, as that was the first game of the season where Perine had more than eight touches. In that Week 5 game, Perine played 50.8% of the snaps with 45.2% of the rushing volume, but he had only a 33.3% route share. He did split the red zone work with Brown, as each back had four red zone rushing attempts, but Brown dwarfed him in snap rate (63.2%) inside the 20-yard line. That feels like more noise than signal of Brown's role being in serious jeopardy moving forward. I'm not flexing Perine this week in a matchup that is rough on paper for early down production. Baltimore is allowing the eighth-lowest explosive run rate, the fifth-lowest rushing success rate, and the 11th-lowest missed tackle rate.

Wan'Dale Robinson Note
Wan'Dale Robinson photo 100. Wan'Dale Robinson WR - TEN (vs . CLE)
Wan'Dale Robinson is the WR36 in fantasy points per game with two top-36 weekly finishes in his last three games (WR19, WR28). Touchdowns and cheap PPR value have helped to keep Robinson's fantasy value afloat. In his last three games, he has scored twice while snagging at least six receptions twice. Robinson has a 20.3% target share with 1.29 YPRR (6.03 aDOT), five red zone targets, three deep targets, and a 26.1% first-read share. Robinson offers sneaky flex value again this week with a good matchup. The Browns have allowed the fifth-most yards per target and the eighth-most fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers.

Jaylin Noel Note
Jaylin Noel photo 101. Jaylin Noel WR - HOU (vs . NYG)
With Tank Dell also in the mix this week, I have no clue what Jaylin Noel's playing time will be this week. Whenever Noel is on the field, he is producing, but Nick Caley and the coaching staff refuse to play him in a full-time role. Over the last two games, Noel has been the WR36 and WR16 in weekly scoring. Over the last two games, Noel has had a 48.4% snap rate, a 54.9% route share, a 23% TPRR, a 13.2% target share, 3.79 YPRR, and a 13% first-read share. With Noel's usage up in the air for Week 7 and a tough matchup incoming, I'm sitting him in most leagues. New York has allowed the sixth-fewest yards per target and the eighth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to slot receivers.

Ja'Kobi Lane Note
Ja'Kobi Lane photo 102. Ja'Kobi Lane WR - BAL (vs . CIN)
Ja'Kobi Lane remains more of a speculative rest-of-the-season add for fantasy purposes than a player anyone should be looking to flex for Week 7. Last week, Lane had only a 55.3% route share with a 16.1% target share and 22.7% first-read share. His usage was encouraging, but the route share is still concerning. I can't start a part-time player this week against a secondary that has limited perimeter receivers to the fewest yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity.

Bourne has an 11.9% target share with 1.34 YPRR, five red zone targets, one deep target, and a 14.5% first-read share. Bourne is flex viable again this week. I'm not expecting a massive game, but he can give you some PPR production in a pinch. After opening the week with a DNP (quad), Dalton Schultz doesn't carry an injury designation into this week. He had a limited practice on Thursday and a full session on Friday. Schultz has only one TE1 week this season (against Cincy). Outside of that game, Schultz hasn't finished higher than TE21 this season in any week. Schultz's route share has been on a steady decline. In Week 1, he had a 73.8% route share, but over the last two weeks it has been 44.4% and 51.4%. With declining playing time and a tough matchup this week, Schultz is an easy sit. New York has allowed the sixth-fewest yards per target and the seventh-fewest fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends.

With Brock Bowers in the lineup, Michael Mayer is the TE10 in fantasy points per game with at least 12.2 PPR points in three of those four games. Since Week 3, Mayer has had a 13.6% target share with 1.90 YPRR, one red zone target, one deep target, and an 11.1% first-read share. Temper your expectations this week, though. The Rams have allowed the fewest yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends this season.

Konata Mumpfield Note
Konata Mumpfield photo 118. Konata Mumpfield WR - LAR (at LV)
In Konata Mumpfield's two games this season as a starter, he had a 71.8% snap rate, a 66.7% route share, an 11.6% target share, 1.69 YPRR, one red zone target, two deep targets, and an 11.7% first-read share. Mumpfield could operate as a main cog of the Rams' passing attack depending upon the status of Puka Nacua. This week's matchup is also a strong one for the running backs in the passing game and for the Rams tight ends, so we could see a game plan that heavily features the backs and tight ends in the passing game as well. The Raiders have also been giving to perimeter wide receivers, allowing the eighth-most yards per target and the 13th-most fantasy points per opportunity, so Mumpfield could be a strong flex this week.

Since Week 4, Dallas has allowed the 14th-fewest receiving fantasy points per game and the ninth-most fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers (tied for the most receiving touchdowns allowed to the position with Buffalo and the 49ers). Cooper is a decent flex play this week.

Well, my deep dive on Darnell Washington went well last week, as Washington was the TE9 in fantasy scoring and could have finished even higher if he had secured a target in the end zone and hauled in a second touchdown. This week, we're going back to the Washington well. Last week, Washington had a 71.1% snap rate, a 50% route share, a 10.2% target share (19% TPRR), 25 receiving yards (0.93 YPRR), and a 9.4% first-read share. I dove deep last week into Washington and Pat Freiermuth's splits against single and two high, so I won't rehash all of that this week with both tight ends. Freiermuth isn't in this week's Primer because his usage against single high has been non-existent over the last two seasons. The Saints have the third-highest rate of single high (64.2%). Against single high this season, Washington has a 24% TPRR and 1.86 YPRR. Both are strong numbers. New Orleans has allowed the eighth-most yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends. Washington is back on the streaming radar this week.

The matchup isn't good enough for Ferguson to sniff the random streamer radar. Caleb Douglas will be back this week (ankle). He had limited practices all week before getting in a full session on Friday. In Weeks 1-2, Douglas was the WR22 and WR81 in weekly scoring. Douglas had an 18% target share with 2.26 YPRR, one red zone target, one deep target, and a 26.7% first-read share. New York has the tenth-highest rate of two-high (55.9%). Against two-high, in Weeks 1-2, Douglas had only a 6% TPRR and 1.56 YPRR. Malik Washington and Greg Dulcich were Miami's go-tos against two-high during those games. I expect Washington to lead the way for Miami's passing attack this week. The Jets have limited perimeter wide receivers to the fourth-fewest yards per target and the 12th-fewest fantasy points per opportunity. Sit Douglas this week, but he'll have plenty of flex-worthy weeks moving forward.

Efton Chism is an interesting deep-league dart throw this week. Over the last two games, Chism has had snap shares of 80.3% and 61.8% with route shares of 65.8% and 25.7%. His target share in these two games has also been all over the map with 17.6% and 3.1%. What gives me hope for Chism is his usage against single-high this season. Chicago has the ninth-highest rate of single-high (56.1%). Against single-high, Chism leads the team with a 32% TPRR and 2.42 YPRR. With the Pats always deploying matchup-specific game plans weekly, it wouldn't shock me at all if Chism is heavily utilized this week. If that's the case, Chism could have a strong performance. Chicago has allowed the most yards per target and fantasy points per opportunity to perimeter wide receivers.

He's a sit this week. New York has the tenth-highest rate of two-high (55.9%). Against two-high, Bell has only an 8% TPRR and 0.18 YPRR. I don't see him improving upon those numbers this week. The Jets have limited perimeter wide receivers to the fourth-fewest yards per target and the 12th-fewest fantasy points per opportunity.

Evan Engram Note
Evan Engram photo 144. Evan Engram TE - DEN (at ARI)
Ok, I know you're surprised to see Evan Engram's name here, but the matchup is fantastic for him this week if Bo Nix can play even close to the level of a league-average quarterback. Engram popped off as the TE8 in fantasy in Week 1, so we know his upside as a streaming option is in there somewhere. Engram has a 9% target share with 1.20 YPRR, two red zone targets, two deep targets, and a 10.6% first-read share. No, none of those numbers are good. That's why he is a desperation or deep-league streaming option only. Arizona has the highest rate of two-high in the NFL (69.8%). Against two-high, Engram is second on the team with a 23% TPRR while logging 1.89 YPRR. Arizona has allowed the fifth-most yards per target and the fourth-most fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends.

Isaac TeSlaa Note
Isaac TeSlaa photo 145. Isaac TeSlaa WR - DET (vs . GB)
Isaac TeSlaa has been a forgotten fantasy hype piece outside of his WR26 finish in weekly scoring in Week 4. I'm not going out on a limb and starting TeSlaa in most formats, but he's on the deep league desperation flex radar this week. Green Bay has the fourth-highest two-high rate (65.4%). Against two-high, he has seen his target-per-route run rate jump from 7% to 16% and his YPRR climb from 0.45 to 2.29. He also has some touchdown equity in the Detroit offense with three end zone targets this season. Green Bay has been stingy to perimeter wide receivers, so tread carefully, but if he provides flex value this week, I won't be surprised. Green Bay has held perimeter receivers to the 11th-fewest yards per target and the tenth-fewest fantasy points per opportunity.

Since his return in Week 5, Mason Taylor has had a 58.8% route share with a 15% target share, 1.43 YPRR, one red zone target, one deep target, and a 12.5% first-read share. During the same two-game stretch, Kenyon Sadiq has had only a 29.4% route share and 10% target share. Taylor has been the Jets' starting tight end over the last two games. He's on the streaming radar this week against a hapless Miami secondary. Miami has allowed the second-most yards per target and the third-most fantasy points per opportunity to tight ends.

Last week, Carolina split the tight end duties between Tommy Tremble and Darren Waller. Tremble had only a 47.6% route share with a 10.3% target share and 11.5% first-read share. He secured all four of his targets for 46 receiving yards and two scores (two red zone targets). Tremble is a risky deep league streamer only. Tampa Bay has allowed the 11th-most receiving fantasy points per game to tight ends while ranking 16th in fantasy points per opportunity.

Jonah Coleman will be back this week. He practiced in full all week (ankle). Sean Payton stated that Coleman will be on a snap count in his first game back, so it's impossible to plug him into a lineup this week. I'm high on his rest-of-season outlook, but I can't trust him in fantasy this week.

Adonai Mitchell doesn't have an oven mitt on his hand anymore. Mitchell will be back this week. He had limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday before upgrading to a full session on Friday. In Weeks 1-2, Mitchell was the WR41 and WR26 in weekly scoring. Mitchell had a 23.1% target share with 2.20 YPRR (15.7 aDOT), one red zone target, four deep targets, and a 24.3% first-read share. Miami has allowed the 14th-highest success rate to deep passing while ranking 18th in CPOE. Mitchell could hit on a downfield target or two, and it could make his fantasy day, but he'll also have to contend with Garrett Wilson and Omar Cooper Jr. for target volume. Miami has allowed the ninth-most yards per target to perimeter wide receivers.

Breece Hall opened this week with a DNP, but he managed limited practices on Thursday and Friday. He has been listed as questionable. He could easily be back on the field this week. If he is active, I expect him to reclaim his lead back role as an RB2 with Braelon Allen sprinkled in. In Weeks 1-2, he averaged 22.5 touches and 105 total yards. Hall was the RB13 and RB12 in weekly scoring in those weeks. Among 39 qualifying backs, Hall is 16th in explosive run rate and 23rd in missed tackle rate. Braelon Allen could work in more than we saw in those first two games of the season, but I expect Hall to still lead the backfield in touches this week (if active). Miami has allowed the eighth-highest rushing success rate, the second-highest zone rushing success rate, the 12th-highest zone yards per carry (Hall: 54.9% zone), and the fourth-lowest stuff rate.
