Welcome back, everybody! We’ve got NFL Week 3 officially in the books and a lot to recap from ALL the action! My goal with this weekly piece is to provide you with the most critical KEY ACTION items from every game – waiver wire pickups, trade, add, drop, stash, buy, sell, start, sit, etc. – for your fantasy football team based on what happened the previous week. Let me do the work of scouring through the data and film so you can just follow my lead. As my college marketing professor always said, “Keep it simple, stupid.” The KISS mantra is at its finest.
Obviously, I’ll cite data and what I observed on film from the past weekend’s matchups, highlighting what matters most and what’s potentially just noise. I will make a strong effort to feature players coming off polarizing performances, as they are sure to be the ones fantasy managers have the most question marks about.
And back by popular demand….tables and charts!
Again, the idea behind the Fantasy Forecast (now named BEYOND THE WAIVER WIRE) has always been about identifying which players are running routes, seeing high snap shares, and earning high-value targets, as these tend to be precursors for future fantasy production. And sometimes, they don’t always appear in the normal box score.
So, without further ado…let’s GO beyond the waiver wire for Week 4 to prepare our rosters for future success.
To infinity and beyond (the waiver wire)!
Beyond the Waiver Wire: Fantasy Football Moves to Make
Arizona Cardinals
Add/Buy Trey Benson
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Kyler Murray | 22/35 | 159 | 1 | 0 | 82.9 |
Running Backs
James Conner – Suffered a major ankle injury and was carted off the field. He is expected to miss the remainder of the season.
Trey Benson – Benson is expected to take over as the Cardinals’ RB1 for the remainder of the season. He was already being more involved this year with a healthy Conner (particularly as a receiver with 10 targets in the last two games). He is worth going all-in off waivers if he is available in your league. However, be wary that Week 4 might not be a great game for Benson. The Seahawks’ defense is good, and Arizona is not 100% across its OL.
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |
| Trey Benson | 10 | 42 | 4.2 | 0 | 29 |
| Kyler Murray | 6 | 37 | 6.2 | 0 | 9 |

| Greg Dortch | 1 | 5 | 5 | 0 | 5 |
| Emari Demercado | 2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 1 |
Wide Receivers
Marvin Harrison Jr. – He and Kyler failed to connect deep twice. One drop and another DPI. Just more missed opportunities with MHJ…which seems like a recurring theme with the former Ohio State WR. MHJ still has a high floor based on the concentrated target share between him and McBride; however, Year 2 looks a lot like Year 1 regarding the chemistry between MHJ and Murray. Hold for now.

Add Darnell Mooney | Buy Drake London
Quarterback
Michael Penix Jr. – Benched for Kirk Cousins in the blowout loss. Penix looked okay in the first half, but the pick-six was brutal. Raheem Morris said post-game that Cousins would not have a chance to compete for the QB1 spot.

Wide Receivers
Drake London – He still is providing a stable floor in PPR formats. Great matchup on deck vs Washington. Buy Low. Still hasn’t scored yet. Last year versus the Commanders, London went for over 100 yards on 13 targets with Penix under center.
Darnell Mooney – Another game removed from injury, Mooney was very involved—over 100 air yards and a 23% target share. However, I felt like he definitely left production on the field, falling short on some sideline throws—7 targets in the first half. I get the appeal of adding him off waivers as a WR replacement (Commanders secondary a bottom-10 defense vs WRs and is dealing with a ton of injuries) but Atlanta does have a bye in Week 5.

Devontez Walker – Almost scored again.
Tight Ends
Mark Andrews – Big Night for Mark Andrews who scored twice after a quiet first two weeks. But Zay Flowers was a complete non-factor, and Isaiah Likely is close to returning. Sell high. He is TD-or-bust every week and won’t often out-target Flowers.

Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RT |
| J. Allen | 22/28 | 213 | 3 | 0 | 134.1 |
Running Backs
James Cook – He just looks so great. Maybe he will score 19 TDs again. Probably not, but Cook’s ROS outlook is low-end fantasy RB1 at worst.

| J. Cook | 19 | 108 | 5.7 | 1 | 26 |

| Ty. Johnson | 3 | 13 | 4.3 | 0 | 9 |
| E. Moore | 1 | 11 | 11 | 0 | 11 |
Wide Receivers
Keon Coleman – Aside from Week 1’s breakout game, we haven’t seen any one Bills WR truly emerge from the pack. I still believe that Coleman has the most upside of the bunch…and he is worth holding onto.
Khalil Shakir – I think Kincaid’s emergence hurts Shakir the most. Operate in similar areas of the field. You’ll take the TD, but I don’t think that RZ role will be there every week.
Josh Palmer – Routes nuked to 44%. WR rotation spells doom for Palmer as the No. 3
Tight Ends
Dalton Kincaid – Sometimes being a tight end with a high target rate and TD equity is all you need. The Bills’ tight end still has a lackluster route participation as he splits time with other TEs. But when he runs routes, Kincaid is getting the ball. 21% target share in Week 3.

Wide Receivers
Tetairoa McMillan – Totaled 10 targets when including penalties (34% target share). The box score hardly captures his ceiling. Buy low. Young keeps targeting T-Mac both downfield and in the red zone—90 air yards in Week 3. 17th in air yard share through 3 games. A massive game is coming for him with salivating matchups approaching. And he is running so far ahead of all the other Panthers WRs.
Xavier Legette – Inactive with hamstring injury.
Hunter Renfrow – Ran just 10 routes.
Brycen Tremayne – Saw targets on the first drive.
Jalen Coker – He is eligible to return in Week 5.

Add Luther Burden | Sell D’Andre Swift
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Caleb Williams | 19/28 | 298 | 4 | 0 | 142.6 |
Running Backs
D’Andre Swift – 61% snaps. I was very surprised to see that Swift “only” managed 2.5 yards per carry. Thought he looked better watching this game live. Obviously, he broke off some nice gains as a receiver, so that’s probably what I am thinking more about. Regardless…Swift ranks 9th-worst in rushing success rate this season (PFF’s 7th-worst graded RB). The receiving is helping him a lot (along with a few explosive runs), but a tougher matchup vs LV and a Week 5 bye week have me exploring trade options. In the first half, Swift had just four carries to Kyle Monangai‘s three. I’m not saying that Monangai is taking over this backfield by any means (because he has also been inefficient). Maybe down the line, but not in Week 4. I am saying that Swift might be overvalued as a bell cow who has been very inefficient and doesn’t have a lucrative red-zone role. The receiving gives him a nice boost, and that likely won’t change even if he sees a reduced rushing role. Swift has always been a mid-to-low-end fantasy RB2. If you can get more for that…take it.
Kyle Monangai – 29% snaps
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |
| D’Andre Swift | 13 | 33 | 2.5 | 0 | 11 |

| DJ Moore | 3 | 7 | 2.3 | 0 | 5 |
| Luther Burden | 1 | 7 | 7 | 0 | 7 |
Wide Receivers
Rome Odunze – Rome wasn’t built in a day. It was built in Year 2. Odunze is experiencing a full-fledged Year 2 breakout. And although he won’t face Dallas every week, his vice grip on the high-value targets in the Bears offense cement him as the alpha. 7th in the NFL in total air yards.
DJ Moore – Had more carries (2) than catches in the first half (0). Moore is not the Bears’ No. 1 WR anymore. Not completely useless with him seeing backfield carries, but he’s not the main featured piece of this offense. Probably just a hold. If you could sell off the TD/real-life trade angle…I think I would. Because if this is the ceiling game for Moore in Williams’ best NFL performance…well you can catch my drift on why i don’t mind selling.
Luther Burden – Breakout game. And it was on just seven routes. I think we will see the gap close between Burden and Zacchaeus’s usage in the coming weeks as Chicago’s primary slot WR. Also, it is possible that DJ Moore gets moved. We saw both rookies for the Bears get more involved in the Bears’ best offensive performance of the year. Coincidence? I think not. Add Burden. Immense upside ROS.
Tight Ends
Cole Kmet – 93% snaps. Loveland had more targets and barely played.
Colston Loveland – Loveland suffered a hip injury during Sunday’s game against the Cowboys. Just 10% snaps played (heavily involved from the jump). Injury is not believed to be serious, and he could play in Week 4.

Running Backs
Chase Brown – 55% snaps. Absolutely brutal day for Brown. The OL is a major issue for this offense, and they got hit with another injury. I was very concerned about Brown behind this OL without Joe Burrow, and those fears were realized in Week 3. Through 3 games, Brown ranks dead last in the NFL in success rate and yards per carry (2.0).

| Chase Brown | 10 | 3 | 0.3 | 0 | 4 |
| Jake Browning | 1 | 3 | 3 | 0 | 3 |
Wide Receivers
Ja’Marr Chase – Had another target removed by penalty (16-yard gain). 22% target share with Browning. Vikings are a tough defense, so I wouldn’t double-count Browning’s effect on Chase after Week 3. It might be a sneaky buy low if people are convinced this is the new Chase norm. It’s not. With Patrick Surtain up next, managers might be looking to give Chase away for pennies.
Tee Higgins – The third target was a DPI call. He is going to be very boom-or-bust (high aDOT) with Browning. Recommend holding till he has a spike week for maximum return. Fant was heavily involved in this game and might be out in Week 4.
Tight Ends
Noah Fant – Left the game with a concussion after leading the team in targets during the first half.
Mike Gesicki – Could see a boost with Fant out, but a desperation tight end streamer.

Cleveland Browns
Hold Quinshon Judkins
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Joe Flacco | 21/36 | 142 | 0 | 1 | 55.6 |
Running Backs
Dylan Sampson – 8% snap rate. Seems like the Browns don’t want to quit Ford. Would like to hold Sampson if I can, but he can be cut if need be.
Jerome Ford – 36% snap rate.
Quinshon Judkins – 55% snap rate. Despite a brutal matchup, Judkins balled out. He’s their workhorse, and that will be the case until he serves his suspension (if at all). Ride ’em till the wheels fall off.

Wide Receivers
Jerry Jeudy – Led team with 86 air yards. Likely to bounce back after a one-catch performance.
Cedric Tillman – Had three more targets taken off by penalties (OPI, DPI, and defensive holding). Just another week where Tillman out-produces Jeudy.
Isaiah Bond – Saw snaps increase to 55% route participation as Browns WR3.
Tight Ends
Harold Fannin Jr. – Worst game so far as a rookie.
David Njoku – Led with a 19% target share. Let the flip-flopping Browns TE room continue.

Dallas Cowboys
Add KaVontae Turpin | Hold George Pickens | Sell Dak Prescott
Quarterback
Dak Prescott – Prescott just lost his No.1 WR and another starter on the offensive line. OG Tyler Booker is also out with a high ankle sprain.
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Dak Prescott | 31/40 | 251 | 1 | 2 | 80.3 |
| Joe Milton | 3/5 | 41 | 0 | 1 | 46.7 |
Running Backs
Javonte Williams – 57% snaps. Javonte looks back to his former self. Sanders works in on occasion, but I don’t think the box score is telling about this split. Javonte had just one carry in the second half. Almost half of Sanders’ carries came in when Milton was the QB.
Miles Sanders – 36% snaps.
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |
| Javonte Williams | 10 | 76 | 7.6 | 0 | 22 |
| Miles Sanders | 9 | 41 | 4.6 | 0 | 8 |
| KaVontae Turpin | 1 | 4 | 4 | 0 | 4 |
Wide Receivers
CeeDee Lamb – Suffered a lower-body injury/ankle injury in the first half. Did not play in the second half. Officially diagnosed as a high ankle sprain. Out for Week 4 and potentially longer.
George Pickens – Before a 24-yard catch in 4th-quarter garbage time from back-up QB Joe Milton, Pickens was sitting on 4-44- 1 TD on eight targets in a game that Lamb drew zero targets in because of his injury. Caught a TD in the red zone. It’s time for Pickens to put up or shut up as the de facto No.1 WR in Dallas with Lamb out.
Jalen Tolbert – Caught two-point conversion. Led all WRs in snaps played. He will probably see the biggest role increase with Lamb out.
KaVontae Turpin – 66% snap rate (career-high). Turpin is my Cowboys WR to get off waivers. I think he is a super fun player, and the coaching staff loves him. Tied Pickens in air yards for Week 3. He had a great catch from Dak that went for 37 yards in the fourth quarter.
Tight Ends
Jake Ferguson – Bonkers target rate. 31% target share and 47% target rate. Dak knows where his bread is buttered. He trusts Ferguson.

Denver Broncos
Hold RJ Harvey
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Bo Nix | 14/25 | 153 | 1 | 0 | 87.6 |
Running Backs
J.K. Dobbins – Broncos workhorse while healthy. Hold at your own risk.
RJ Harvey – Receiving usage has been trending in the right direction, but still clearly behind Dobbins in the game totality. I want him stashed. We know Dobbins’ injury history. And it’s worth mentioning that Harvey started Week 3 and had four touches on the first two drives.
Tyler Badie – 1 route and four snaps played. Starting to be phased out a bit.
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |

Troy Franklin – Role stayed stable…but the production did not.
Marvin Mims – 92 air yards on limited snaps.

Detroit Lions
Sell David Montgomery
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Jared Goff | 20/28 | 202 | 1 | 0 | 103.6 |
Running Backs
David Montgomery – Stole the show with the rushing numbers. But snaps favored Gibbs 69% to Monty’s 37%. The Lions were able to impose their will as a rushing attack, but Monty benefited the most from the 72-yard rush. This is prime sell-high territory for Montgomery with the Cleveland Browns coming up next week. The Lions’ hammer RB has seen his total snaps decrease compared to last season.
Jahmyr Gibbs – 10 RZ touches. Over on the 3.5 receptions was easy money.
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |
| David Montgomery | 12 | 151 | 12.6 | 2 | 72 |
| Jahmyr Gibbs | 22 | 67 | 3 | 2 | 9 |
| Jared Goff | 4 | 6 | 1.5 | 0 | 5 |
Wide Receivers
Amon-Ra St. Brown – Steady as they come. Remains the top red-zone target for Goff.
Jameson Williams – Involved heavily on the 1st drive and then was a complete non-factor. Detroit didn’t need to throw. Would be looking to buy low.
Isaac TeSlaa – Season-high in targets (2) but no one-handed catches in Week 3.
Tight Ends
Sam LaPorta – Role remains stable. Just a lot of mouths to feed.

Buy Jordan Love and Matthew Golden
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Jordan Love | 18/25 | 183 | 1 | 1 | 89.2 |
Running Backs
– Josh Jacobs – 36% target share. No wonder the Packers’ offense couldn’t score. But there’s no better time to buy than now, with Dallas coming up next. Perfect bounce-back spot.
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |
| Josh Jacobs | 16 | 30 | 1.9 | 0 | 7 |

| Matthew Golden | 3 | 9 | 3 | 0 | 4 |
| Savion Williams | 2 | -1 | -0.5 | 0 | 2 |
Wide Receivers
– Romeo Doubs – An Additional two targets were wiped away by flags. So GB WR targets were flat across the board. Still, Doubs was the route leader.
– Dontayvion Wicks – Additional target wiped away by penalty.
– Matthew Golden – Led GB with 34 air yards. Woof. But it was still a career game for the rookie, who played a season high in snaps/routes run, while leading the team in yards/catches (with three carries to boot). He is the buy-low ahead of the potential track meet in Dallas.
– Jayden Reed – IR stash. I’m glad he got the surgery done on both his injuries. I think when he does return very late in the season, he could be an actual factor.
Tight Ends
– Tucker Kraft – Entered game with knee injury but played normal role (88% snap rate).

Bhayshul Tuten – 17% snaps. But scored from the 1-yard line. The Jaguars’ backfield morphed into a 3-headed monster in Week 3. I mentioned Etienne as a sell last week, and I feel like you should shop him. He ran fewer routes than Allen and had zero catches for the first time all season (season-low two targets). Tuten is only going to get more involved as the season progresses. And it’s a tough stretch of defenses coming up for the Jaguars. ETN benefitted from two easy matchups to start the year, but it fell off in Week 3. I’d get ahead of selling high on Etienne before Liam Coen decides to reduce his workload. The Jags RB is averaging 5.9 ypc this season (3rd), but he is 7th-worst in success rate. The few big runs are masking his actual efficiency on a per-carry basis.

Wide Receivers
Travis Hunter – Just 53% offensive snaps. Played more on defense (68%).
Brian Thomas Jr. – Caught another 18-yard pass that was called back on an illegal shift flag. Thomas had a tough matchup in Week 3 with Derek Stingley (although he was out in the second half). Usage was not the issue, but the completion rate was not there for Lawrence/Thomas. Still, BTJ set up the go-ahead score with a 46-yard catch. Hopefully, they can build on that heading into Week 4. BTJ is still 100% a buy-low target.
Dyami Brown – Suffered an injury and did not return to the game.
Parker Washington – Second in WR snaps with Hunter playing more defense. Also earned a whopping 126 air yards and 25% target share.

Running Backs
Isiah Pacheco – 56% snap share. Looked better than the last two weeks, but he’s nothing more than an RB3 until the Chiefs offense can get back above average. This was the spot for him to hit big. Forty-five scoreless rushing yards is nobody’s idea of a BIG GAME.
Kareem Hunt – 44% snap share with the TD. Gut punch for Pacheco managers, but Hunt’s snaps (particularly in the red zone and third downs) just sap all the Pacheco upside.
Brashard Smith – 11% snap share in gadget role.

Wide Receivers
Marquise Brown – Just a middling WR. Given how he has played versus Thornton, we might see his role reduced when Worthy returns.
Tyquan Thornton – He’s super inconsistent, but he’s one of the few KC players who is stepping up to the plate. 24% target share. 169 air yards.
Xavier Worthy – Thornton’s production paints an optimistic picture of what role Worthy could have in this offense. He is expected back in Week 4. The Chiefs need him. But keep in mind that Rashee Rice will come back in Week 7. Worthy’s window isn’t very long as the Chiefs’ WR1, and there’s no telling how a smaller WR like him will play after the shoulder injury. The Chiefs’ offense has been so underwhelming that I would send trades for Rice right now. He might be able to step into this offense come Week 7 and just become the engine. Because right now, KC looks like it’s running dangerously on E.

Running Backs
Ashton Jeanty – Got stuffed on a two-point try and failed to score despite three red-zone carries. Also, it was a non-factor in the passing game. But even so, he forced five more missed tackles and had his highest yardage total to date (63 yards). And to this point, he has faced pretty strong defensive fronts despite a heavy workload (17.3 touches per game). Jeanty is still top-5 in forced missed tackles this season. No team is allowing more yards before contact than the Chicago Bears (2.50). 5.5 ypc allowed this season. Jeanty breakout game coming? We got Omarion Hampton in Week 3? Week 4 might be Jeanty’s turn.

Jakobi Meyers – Even though it was Tucker’s day…Meyers was still super efficient. 3 for 63.
Tre Tucker – I thought he was super involved last Monday Night (8 targets), and that clearly carried over into Week 3. He plays nearly every single snap and has a legitimate downfield role with speed to burn. 31% target share and 43% air yards share. 3 TDs. I don’t think this is a total fluke. Add him. Guys break out in Year 3 all the time….

Omarion Hampton – Finally! After two tough games, Hampton had a strong Week 3 performance. 79% snaps with 25 touches for over 125 yards from scrimmage. Receiving usage increased, and it should be wheels up for him ROS with Harris gone after suffering a torn Achilles injury. The rookie seized 22 RB opportunities after Harris was carted off the field.
Najee Harris – Harris was carted off the field during Sunday’s game against the Broncos, per Daniel Popper of The Athletic, after sustaining an ankle injury.

Wide Receivers
Keenan Allen – Had two more targets that resulted in penalties. Continues to be Justin Herbert‘s go-to guy in the red zone. He’s basically become a weekly start at this point. But I would like to point out that he is still 33 years old and that he has missed games every year over the last three seasons. If you want to ride Allen till the wheels fall off, be my guest. He was free in drafts and had already given managers strong ROI. But if you want to be smart about this, I think cashing out for someone who thinks Allen will be full-blown 2023 (also got hurt that year), I’d sell for PEAK prices. Allen for T-Mac? Yes please.
Ladd McConkey – Drew a long DPI call. But otherwise, another lackluster performance for the second-year WR. Allen/Johnston have been eating while McConkey has been left with just scraps. But is this actual reality or just a 3-game sample? Especially in this game, where McConkey was the team’s 5th-most productive pass catcher. He hasn’t scored yet, and I don’t think he is inferior to either QJ or Allen. If you can buy low on a second-year WR attached to a QB playing at an MVP level on the cheap? Sign me up. But I can admit that his being the “alpha” in this offense that we thought preseason was probably not realistic unless there’s an injury.
Quentin Johnston – Another third-year breakout happening before our eyes. I can’t believe it. But it’s happening.
Tight Ends
Will Dissly – inactive.
Oronde Gadsden – Just 26% snaps played but hyper-targeted by Herbert. 47% target rate per route run. Led TEs in routes run.

Blake Corum – 24% snaps. Like last week, flashed big-time rushes. Corum leads the NFL in success rate (71%) and is 4th in rushing yards above expectation per attempt. Immense upside if something were to happen to Kyren. Don’t wait. Keep Corum stashed.

Davante Adams – Also drew a DPI to go with 135 air yards. More red-zone usage, but actually scored from outside the red zone. WR1 overall upside if Nacua were to get banged up. Nacua/Adams combined for a 67% target share in Week 3.

De’Von Achane – Guy is just so hard to beat in full PPR. The next coming of Alvin Kamara with elite speed and YAC.
Ollie Gordon – The grinder/RZ role finally paid off for Gordon after most managers gave up (me) after two weeks. Add him if he got dropped. Might be useful during bye weeks with some TD appeal, and clear he has upside attached to Achane’s injury.

Wide Receivers
Tyreek Hill – If you drafted Hill, this is your time to get out. Rumor is that he is not going to be traded…but we always know this is what happens before a player gets dealt. Maybe a reunion with the Chiefs is in order…in which case I’d probably hold until he gets dealt. But if somebody offers you a deal now after a strong prime time game (140-plus air yards, nearly 30% target share), I wouldn’t wait and just cash out.
Jaylen Waddle – If you could sell high on Waddle, I would. However, given Hill’s odds of being traded…you need to hold. Then cash out. Waddle has just looked okay to me this season.
Malik Washington – Miami loves to use this guy in creative, fun ways. As a Waddle-stan I hate to admit this… but I think Washington would inherit a lot of Hill’s targets/touches shoulda trade transpire.

Wide Receivers
Justin Jefferson – Back to what we are used to seeing. Not elite production but elite alpha WR1 usage. 29% target share.
Jalen Nailor – Leader in air yards, but expected to see role reduced when Jordan Addison returns this week.
Adam Thielen – Zero catches in Week 3. See above.
Tight Ends
T.J. Hockenson – Hock had a resurgent performance in Week 3, scoring for the first time with season-highs across the board (25% target share and five catches for 49 yards and 1 TD) with a QB known for targeting TEs. But it was the best matchup for TEs. And Jordan Addison will be back in Week 4 from his suspension. Flip him to a spooked Tucker Kraft manager. But if you can’t…he is worth holding and playing in Week 4 versus the Steelers, who just got shredded by Hunter Henry.

Buy TreVeyon Henderson
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Drake Maye | 28/37 | 268 | 2 | 1 | 102.1 |
Running Backs
TreVeyon Henderson – Stevenson and Gibson combined for three fumbles on Sunday. It was a big part of why the Patriots lost in Week 3. Mike Vrabel said post-game that they still want Stevenson to be a big part of what they do, etc. But those guys were not on the field getting the rock after all their turnovers. It’s why Henderson led the way with a 46% snap rate. Even so, the rookie’s usage was still lackluster, and Henderson failed to rip off any big chunk plays. Hasn’t happened for him yet, but the planets might be aligning for the rookie to break out in the coming weeks with plus-matchups and more opportunities, considering all the ball security issues this backfield is dealing with. It just takes one big play for his value to skyrocket. Next week…it’s Carolina. When I say now or never….I mean it. Henderson has to have a breakout game.
Rhamondre Stevenson – Just when you thought it was safe to put him back in your lineup…two fumbles.
Antonio Gibson – AG and Stevenson are playing the same role in the offense. One of them will be spelling Henderson almost always. That’s the thing about Henderson…not a guy they are going to overload with carries. We need targets (4 per game) and explosives (none really so far).

Wide Receivers
Kayshon Boutte – Chemistry with Maye is so apparent. However, they are so happy to spread the ball with no alpha. And Boutte is still running the most WR routes.
Stefon Diggs – Chain mover. Catches what’s thrown his way.
DeMario Douglas – Bad game for Douglas. Fell short on the final play, looking to convert, but ran backward.
Tight Ends
Hunter Henry – Big day for the Pats tight end. Totaled 12 targets with a penalty included. Also came back from an injury. Heavily emphasized in the red zone (typical of Josh McDaniels’ offenses).
Austin Hooper – Big part of what the Pats do offensively. Also, part of why the WRs are being rotated.

| Spencer Rattler | 28/39 | 218 | 1 | 1 | 83.1 |
| Tyler Shough | 0/2 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 39.6 |
Running Backs
Alvin Kamara – Two of three games with Spencer Rattler, Kamara’s been held to 2 or fewer targets. He had ZERO of those games in 2024. Now, obviously, his targets were fine in Week 2, but this decreased target share sheds some potential risks with Kamara for the rest of the season. The Saints are just being fueled by sheer volume. Kamara already has 59 touches (50 of which have been carries). On pace for 334 touches. I think Kamara is a safe sell because I’m not sure anybody on the Saints offense is going to “burn” you, given the capped ceiling with the QB play. Although I’m also okay riding out Kamara, with the next matchups pretty solid for RBs.

Wide Receivers
Chris Olave – Guy is scoring so many expected fantasy points. But in all seriousness, Olave’s usage is off the charts. But given his body of work (never a high weekly-spiked player) and shoddy QB play (mostly inefficient), he remains a steady WR3 that’s better in full PPR. Volume is always there, which gives him a high weekly floor. Maybe one of these weeks, he can combine his high usage with a long play and a TD.
Rashid Shaheed – Same issues as Olave, but with a wider weekly outcome. Can pop any given week based on skill set, but has a dangerously low floor.
Tight Ends
Juwan Johnson – Routes were down, but it was also a blowout. Still solid. However, I don’t like Jack Stoll being this involved.

Buy Cam Skattebo
Quarterback

| Russell Wilson | 18/32 | 160 | 0 | 2 | 43.8 |
Running Backs
Tyrone Tracy – Left the game with a dislocated shoulder injury.
Cam Skattebo – 59% snap share. Rookie breakout on SNF. Everybody was going crazy for Skattebo. And rightfully so. Operated as a workhorse, and that shouldn’t change with Tracy’s injury. He is a three-down workhorse, and that was apparent considering he leads his team in targets (25%) with a 38% target rate.

Wide Receivers
Malik Nabers – 108 air yards. But just two catches on seven targets. Them the breaks with Russell Wilson under center. Still, the Giants have outs at QB with Jaxson Dart. If I have Nabers, I’m holding him.
Wan’Dale Robinson – He’s not the same low aDOT guy as last season. Being used way more downfield.
Tight Ends
Theo Johnson – Route participation wasn’t great, even though his one catch was pretty great. Moved the pile for 5-6 extra yards.

Braelon Allen – 33% snap rate. Hall is still very much a buy-low candidate. He was second on the team in targets in Week 3. Allen had four touches before the late third quarter

Running Backs
Saquon Barkley – 94% snaps but inefficient. Barkley has been held under 65 rushing yards twice this season. He was held under that number once in the 2024 regular season.
Will Shipley – Out
AJ Dillon – Backup
Tank Bigsby – KR.
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |
| Saquon Barkley | 18 | 46 | 2.6 | 0 | 12 |
| Jalen Hurts | 9 | 40 | 4.4 | 1 | 18 |
Wide Receivers
AJ Brown – Among all the great things that AJB did in Week 3…he also drew another DPI. Week 3 for the Eagles is a great case study for when this team is pushed. The pass-catchers are fantastic. It’s just a matter of when they decide they need to use them. And that’s dictated by game flow. This was the perfect script for AJB, and he delivered big time. He’s an alpha.
DeVonta Smith – Caught a 4-yard TD and got the following target on the two-point after attempt. Smith also got in on the action with the Eagles forced into comeback mode. However, I’d be more concerned about him long-term if the game scripts go back closer to what we saw in Weeks 1-2. He has stark splits when Dallas Goedert and AJ Brown are both healthy. Didn’t impact this game, but it could be a problem in future weeks. Sell high. The Buccaneers might cause another back-and-forth contest, but after that, the Eagles have Broncos, Vikings, and Giants x2. Not nearly as much fun as the Rams.

Hold Jaylen Warren
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Aaron Rodgers | 16/23 | 139 | 2 | 1 | 96.1 |
Running Backs
Jaylen Warren – Guy looked like an absolute beast. 80% snap rate. He’s the Steelers’ bellcow, and it would take something dramatic for this to change. Buy. It’s possible that Kaleb Johnson is just a flat-out bust (although I don’t think this through 3 weeks). Warren’s so clearly the guy, and he’s good. Vikings might be tough next week, and then it’s a bye week. Either buy cheaply, given the next two weeks or just hold. Browns, Bengals, and Packers post-bye. Not great.
Kenneth Gainwell – Stole a TD from Warren early in the game.
Kaleb Johnson – Active, but he did not play. Get this man to the bye week.

Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Baker Mayfield | 19/29 | 233 | 1 | 0 | 101.7 |
Running Backs
Bucky Irving – Got FED (29 touches). But brutally inefficient. But the offensive line was banged up. Tristan Wirfs should be returning. Buy Low. With Evans’ injury, the Bucs might need to lean more on the ground game.
Rachaad White – Four more opportunities taken off by flags.

Wide Receivers
Emeka Egbuka – Rookie stud.
Mike Evans – Left game with his annual hamstring injury.
Sterling Shepard – Add him if you are hurting at WR. Full-time player attached to Mayfield.
Chris Godwin – Expected to return for Week 4 potentially. With Evans out, it’s a good situation to return to for Godwin. Remains to be seen how “back” Godwin is after his season-ending injury in 2024.
Tight Ends
Cade Otton – We saw Otton pop last year when WRs got hurt. You could do worse if you are TE-needy.

Add Elic Ayomanor, Hold Calvin Ridley, Sell Tony Pollard
Quarterback
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Cameron Ward | 23/38 | 219 | 1 | 1 | 74.3 |
Running Backs
Tony Pollard – Remains a workhorse, but Tyjae Spears’ return is looming. Also, he’s not catching passes despite running a ton of routes. Ward doesn’t like to check down. Titans rank 32nd in targets to RBs this season. He scored in Week 3, and some managers might be asleep at the wheel when it comes to Spears coming back. Sell high.
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |
| Tony Pollard | 16 | 45 | 2.8 | 1 | 10 |

| Cameron Ward | 3 | 12 | 4 | 0 | 7 |
| Chimere Dike | 2 | 3 | 1.5 | 0 | 2 |
Wide Receivers
Calvin Ridley – Had another deep target taken off on a defensive holding call. Ridley has been super inefficient for three straight games. He continues to get out-produced by Ayomanor. Not sure you can sell for much, but I am losing faith in Ridley. Calvin Midley LOL. 96 air yards (46%) and one catch.
Looked like a great value during draft season, but I’m losing faith. Now I will say that I felt like this with Terry McLaurin and Courtland Sutton last year as well. Both were attached to rookie QBs, and it took some time. At this point, Ridley will get dropped. Buy for dirt cheap/hold. But if Stingley plays next week, he has to be benched.
Elic Ayomanor – Had another deep target taken off on an offside call. Even so, he still finished with a decent stat line with another TD. I really like what I’ve seen from this rookie WR.
Chimere Dike – A lot of red-zone usage in the last two games.
Tight Ends
Chigoziem Okonkwo – Hyper-targeted (24%).

Washington Commanders
Add Chris Rodriguez
Quarterback
Jayden Daniels – On the broadcast – no timetable for his return. Ie. Don’t expect him back anytime soon.
| Player | CM/AT | YDS | TD | INT | RTG |
| Marcus Mariota | 15/21 | 207 | 1 | 0 | 118.6 |
Running Backs
Jacory Croskey-Merritt – Had a 9th carry taken away on a holding call. Played 40% of the snaps. But just three carries in the first half. I still think he’s the best RB on the roster and has the most long-term upside. I think he’s worth kicking the tires on in some cheap buy-low offers if there’s panic with C-Rod starting and seeing the majority of carries.
Jeremy McNichols – Amazing highlight-reel TD run. Looked stuffed but broke free and scored. 26% snap rate. The TD was sick, but I wouldn’t chase it. He was still last among the Commanders’ RBs in snaps.
Chris Rodriguez – 38% snap share. Led the backfield in carries. Including 6 for 33 in the first half. C-Rod also started and got all the work on the opening drive. Worth adding for sure to see if the usage sticks in future weeks.
| Player | ATT | YDS | AVG | TD | LG |
| Jeremy McNichols | 4 | 78 | 19.5 | 1 | 60 |

| Jacory Croskey-Merritt | 8 | 26 | 3.3 | 1 | 9 |
| Deebo Samuel | 3 | 18 | 6 | 0 | 9 |
Wide Receivers
Deebo Samuel – With TMC sidelined, Deebo’s a hold. Can’t sell high for fair value with Daniels hurt. Although his usage was bizarre in Week 3, with just nine routes run (39%). Game script-related. All stats came in the first half (6 touches).
Terry McLaurin – McLaurin exited Sunday’s game against the Raiders with a quadriceps injury. Had a 57-yard TD that was reversed to him being ruled down at the one-yard line. JCM got stuffed on the next play but scored shortly after.
Noah Brown – Inactive.
Luke McCaffrey – Fourth quarter TD catch already up 10 points. But might see a role bump with McLaurin out.
Jaylin Lane – Ripped off a 90-yard TD return. Also, Mariota missed him deep. I like Lane as a stash if McLaurin’s injury is serious. Lane has played most of his snaps out wide this season.
Tight Ends
Zach Ertz – Tougher to trust without Daniels. But all his stats came in the first half.
| Player | TGT | REC | YDS | TD | LG |
| Terry McLaurin | 4 | 3 | 74 | 0 | 56 |
